"I checked out early after 4 rooms in 4 days! Staff I dealt with at front desk were helpful especially 1 in particular when he saw what the 1st room issues were & looked like that I was given. Out of the 4 rooms I was shown & moved to, i slept in 2 rooms but decided I needed to checkout early after 3 nights. The 2 rooms I slept in & 3rd room I was shown (all after the horrible original 1st room I was given) were much better than the 1st room but also had some issues. Cleanliness rated poor is regarding the 1st room as it should've NEVER been flagged ok for checkin by housekeeping. First impressions are lasting impressions!!"

"I do not recommend this seedy hotel… The neighborhood is dangerous (our phone was stolen) and the hotel refused to contact the police afterward… I won't even mention the state of the rooms (hair in the bed, broken and noisy air conditioning, rusty refrigerator, etc.). Tripadvisor needs to stop listing this hotel immediately. I think the hotel is also a haven for local girls… Avoid at all costs! 🫣"

Please note that the room does not provide mineral water, and the drinks are very expensive. I only drank a small bottle of 250ml mineral water, but my credit card was charged 8 US dollars. It's really cruel!"

"The decoration of the hotel is a bit old, but the service is very good. Some of the big bed rooms have a locked door on the TV wall that connects to the next room. I told the front desk that I wanted to change rooms. The front desk changed rooms twice and they all had doors. In the end, they changed my room directly. Arrived at the suite with kitchen and living room. The front desk can also exchange it for $100, but the service is really unsatisfactory."
