The location was excellent, very close to some of the best restaurants in the city. The front desk worker was very polite and efficient, and explained everything I needed to know about the property. They gave us an electronic key card for entering the building, so everything was easy in terms of access and check out. The room was large and spacious and the bathroom was clean as well! Overall an excellent value for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Belgrade!

The service was very good. The concierge Nemanja was extremely helpful! He helped me book a good day trip and provided many good travel tips. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that the hotel uses Clarins for bathroom products, which is very nice! However, a couple of things could be improved: the queen bed is made of two single beds, which is uncomfortable; the breakfast was average; the slippers provided were not comfortable. Overall, the hotel met expectations of a five-star hotel, and I have no major complaints.

The hotel is close to every point in the city center. Not very big but comfy. In my room, the bathroom had some supplies out of service (e.g. a bathtub hanger), but it is OK. The breakfast was nice and offered some choice.

Hotel created on a boat trapped on the Sava, not far from the confluence with the Danube in a green area of Belgrade. Of course the spaces are limited and there is no real hall. Positive: Good restaurant and bar on the roof terrace in the 9. Etage (on the weekend with life music, what I didn't hear in my room in the 1st floor), free parking, good Wifi, good breakfast, faster check-in and check-out, relatively quiet room (despite main traffic road) Neutral: Double bed consists of 2 single beds with medium-hard mattress Negative: during my stay the AC did not work, so it became very warm in the room. Although you could alternatively open the window, it was very loud. Furthermore, the blinking advertisers disturbed the window. About 2,5 km to the center (ca. 40 minutes walk, taxis are difficult to get, but there is also a tram driving, could not find where due to language problems ...)

The hotel was such rude service from the owner. It’s clear this business is under the table as there is no sign so you don’t know if you are in the right place, and you HAVE to pay in cash. She made us go to an atm to get cash, and then used an exchange rate which wasn’t on a global exchange to convert the euros to dinar. The check in is impossible as there is no check in desk and no one on the property, so we didn’t know how to check in. Even the taxi driver didn’t know where this location was. It also said it was a sea side view room, but there is nothing nearby to this hotel, it’s on a backroad of an industrial looking area. You can’t see the sea or city from this hotel. Really not a good location, and I wish they would have told us beforehand that you need to pay cash and can’t pay with card, even when booking on third party platforms. We also didn’t know that all bathrooms are shared, so each floor has 2-4 bathrooms that you need to share with the whole floor. We came to check in at 1:30 and our room also wasn’t ready, maybe because no one was at the property. All around confused by this hotel doing shady tax business,and not happy with the rudeness from staff

Only positive vibes and words for this amazing hostel : the staff is nice, kind and really welcoming. The hostel is big and there is everything you need. The whole structure is fabulous and always clean. There is a lovely terrace where you can spend time, eat, smoke, read... The kitchen works perfectly and the atmosphere is really friendly! We met people from many different countries! They organise cool excursions in the city also! Thank you guys, we won't forget you!!!

It's a great hotel that's been charming you from the very first moment. His beautiful decorated rooms with the gentle aesthetic and expensive furniture magnetize who chooses to stay in this fantastic hotel.The breakfast room and breakfast are unique with choices that win the most I leave the pool where someone can take a bath but also enjoy the wonderful cocteil .5 minutes from the city's main pedestrian! I look forward to going back to my beloved town and visiting this wonderful hotel that combines everything.
