Location: Location was excellent and view from room was breathtaking. All points , restaurants, market quickly accessible. Rate 5 Room: Family room with view was having huge balcony where you can peacefully seat and enjoy sunset. Rooms were clean and comfortable for family of four. Rate 5 Food: Breakfast was included and the test was good. Good spread to cover all kinds of taste. Though food was little oily. Rate 4 Spa: pls don’t visit. No value for money. The employee was rude and not welcoming. spouse also have similar experience. Rate 1 Overall Rating 4

Niceone hotel for family stay specially kids and couples. ###Nice food quality ###housekeeping is very good. ###Staff is very nice and supportive. ###Parking is good. ###Rooms is clean and spacious. ###Gym is very good ###Hotel location is superb.

Hi. Our stay was excellent. The view was super excellent. Overall great stay. Just one observation. The dining tables in the open terrace have dried food lodged in the crevices. The tables need to be cleaned of food particles on a regular basis. I understand the tables will get dusty since it's in open. But there are dried food particles lodged in the crevices

Great location and spectacular views, hotel is old and charming, hence the furniture and paint is worn out in some places. The hotel gives the feel as if it was an expensive, lavish and a glamourous property in its heyday but now a slightly dilapidated yet charming and beautiful one. The owner can be seen almost all the time in the reception area managing the staff and that shows in the good service that they provide. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Hotel Ravine is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Panchgani. The hotel’s location is stunning, with many rooms offering beautiful valley views and private balconies that make for a peaceful and scenic retreat. The property itself is spacious and well-maintained, with manicured gardens perfect for relaxing strolls or enjoying a sunset. We opted for Jr. Executive room which is quite spacious. The restaurant has a decent menu, offering all sorts of delicacies. The buffet breakfast which is part of the package has a good spread.

It was great experience given i was travelling with my babies . The room that we booked were 2 valley side . On insist we got 2 side by side rooms and they even had door that they opened from both side so we enjoy 2 big rooms . Food was always best as i have been travelling for past 7 yrs . Never have i thought of using other Hotel. Thanks a lot ... Ravine hotel management...

Stay was awesome, room were cosy and clean. Staff is kind, food was delicious, but bit too pricy for the quantity. Or else, we had a wonderful stay.

The property was good and so was the service. The staff was very courteous, The food was top notch but the breakfast spread was not that great. The room had an old television set I suggest they should be changed to smart TVs. Rest the stay was pleasant
