Location: Location was excellent and view from room was breathtaking. All points , restaurants, market quickly accessible. Rate 5 Room: Family room with view was having huge balcony where you can peacefully seat and enjoy sunset. Rooms were clean and comfortable for family of four. Rate 5 Food: Breakfast was included and the test was good. Good spread to cover all kinds of taste. Though food was little oily. Rate 4 Spa: pls don’t visit. No value for money. The employee was rude and not welcoming. spouse also have similar experience. Rate 1 Overall Rating 4

Niceone hotel for family stay specially kids and couples. ###Nice food quality ###housekeeping is very good. ###Staff is very nice and supportive. ###Parking is good. ###Rooms is clean and spacious. ###Gym is very good ###Hotel location is superb.

Hi. Our stay was excellent. The view was super excellent. Overall great stay. Just one observation. The dining tables in the open terrace have dried food lodged in the crevices. The tables need to be cleaned of food particles on a regular basis. I understand the tables will get dusty since it's in open. But there are dried food particles lodged in the crevices

The property was good and so was the service. The staff was very courteous, The food was top notch but the breakfast spread was not that great. The room had an old television set I suggest they should be changed to smart TVs. Rest the stay was pleasant

Ravine is one of the best properties in Panchgani and has a great view of. The food service and upkeep in hospitable and comfortable. I love this place for its food and comfortable stay . The again eggs in the buffet and the tandoori chai in the breakfast makes it a complete meal .

Ravine has been one of our favorite places to go for a short 2N trip. Would have given 5 stars, but this time the restaurant was not staffed sufficiently to handle the crowd. The resort was fully booked and one expects the management to take care of the restaurant, esp.when breakfast is part of the package and they know the number of people coming for breakfast. It was like a hostel mess at meal time. Expected better from Ravine,given our past experiences. Apart from this, its all 5star experience.

The check in process was fast. Rooms were comfy and good with balcony. View was stunning. Most of the amneties were up to mark. Missed having fridge in any of the rooms even when we booked premium rooms. Room service and house keeping was fast and tidy. Wifi speed was good in room and all areas. Restaurant size needs to be upgraded. Seems a bit small for the resort. For A la Carte lunch and dinner, the food quality was average. Restaurant staff looked very busy. That needs to improve. Breakfast was a large spread, good choice of dishes both days. Overall a pleasant peaceful stay. One of the best in Panchgani. Have visited earlier. Will surely visit again.

I always stay in Ravines hotel. I love the services,location,hospital etc. I feel like home at ravine the rooms they are to cozy and my hole family enjoy alot. I alway recommend my family and friends to stay here. This is the only one hotel I like to visit in summer in winter and in monsoon too.

The stay, resort, spa, food, room, property, service were all good within budget. Pls do not miss to try their ayurvedic spa, breakfast spread was good, ala carte dinner was tasty, we got duplex room with 4 people, this place is just 5mins from main market
