Good and clean hotels near Ambarukmo Plaza, Located across XXI & Starbucks. Service was good and friendly. My suite room was also clean, large and comfortable. Note : hot water for shower was not stable.

The hotel room is quite spacious. The condition of the hotel is very clean. Room service arrives quickly when needed. No liquid soap provided. The room is not very soundproof so the sound of people walking and talking outside the room can be heard very clearly. But overall it was very pleasant staying here

This hotel is very recommended for those who choose a super comfortable 3 star hotel and a jet-king king. Make a photo” just cool too. The Gazebo Garden Restaurant is an interesting and exotic place with an open terrace with a very delicious gourmet menu. There is also the Shinta Garden for regular dinner. There is also Joglo Rama, suitable for company parties, Family memorial, and other events. Oh yes, if dinner here you can get a package with the Ramayana Ballet show held at Amphi-Theater Puraa tour every night. You can check it directly at @ramayanaballetpurawisata. Stayed here with my family. Had an amazing experience started from the time of booking, the reservation team was very attentive and helpful. Prior to my arrival they did a courtesy to make sure everything is well prepared when I arrive at the hotel. Location is very easy to find and not far from city center although it doesn’t feel like you are in a city at all. Once you enter the resort you feel like in a very calming vibes and a sanctuary place. I arrived and greeted by Ekky and Ervita. Ervita escorted me to the room and showed all the feature in details and even let us enjoy in room afternoon tea during sunset which was incredible nice. Ekky was very helpful while assisting our luggage and took us around for a hotel tour. During the stay, I have requested some items to be delivered and they were promptly provided in a timely manner. I ordered dinner from ghetto restaurant and they were served nicely in the room and the taste of the food was good. I would like to mention some names as their providing memorable service during my stay ad well. Thank you for Lana, Viyo, Zhani, Rachel, Victor and Humam for making our stay memorable. Although I would like to comment about the breakfast. Restaurant ambiance is very nice but unfortunately the overall food was below my expectations. The food options were adequate but the tastes and quality somewhat did not harmonize with the great resort and services. I’m assuming finding the right supplier is also a key for this. but, indeed i enjoyed the breakfast. One last thing is about the Guest Motorcycle parking. We rent motorbike and we had to park in the staff parking so it was a bit of confusion for us as a guest and employee seeing us strolling around in your back area. Overall, I would love to come back if I visit Jogja again in near future. What I enjoy the most is the great service from the staff and that’s all what matters after all. Great product and service! I arrive at the hotel on Saturday at 2 A.M. The check in process was smooth and hassle free. The great thing during this check in process is when i asked about breakfast, the check in agent who handled me (i forgot the name, sorry), not only mentioned about the breakfast price and inform that the breakfast will be only delivered to the room, but also recommend to look around the hotel for the breakfast. When i enter the room. It was as expected. Spotlessly clean. The room itself is instagrammable and there were many spot in the hotel if you care about creating content on social media. The bathroom are also spotlessly clean. The check out process was smooth and didn’t experience any issues / problem. Overall, i recommend this hotel and looking forward for future stay in this hotel.

The receptionist are never smile, when i check in on March 7/20 @12.30 PM and i request for wake up call @5.00 AM to Lilis (GSA) for early morning flight but nobody set it up. So i wake up @5.32 AM and get hurry for it, i call the night shift incharge he said the wake up call is set up @10.20 AM, so funny. Its better i stay in small hostel with USD 5, with friendly staff and clean room. Because i will flight early morning so i have to stay near airport thats why i choose this terrible hotel without wake up call. I know you guys build this hotel near airport for the part of the guest who lookin for their flight so please be aware. Room is clean but many ants on the table when i put my bakpia they swarm it arround. Thanks for ”Good” service Johan

The room was nice clean,and cozy and the food was great. The breakfast variety were boost my mood. What a wonderfull time to stay with a warmest and helpfull team. Mr Agus has shown the proffessionalism and great us in every single guests momment during our stay. A nice guy you have to meet. Really reccommended Hotel to stay whilst you are in Jogjakarta Bravo....keep it up

The location of the hotel is in housing complex, but, easy to find and also easy access to main street. Bedroom and bathroom is clean. Don't expect to much on the room since the size is small and they don't provide electric kettle, but you can go to the dining area to get, hot/cold water from eater dispenser. They provide breakfast but very standard menu and the taste of food should be improved. Only the toast I can accept during my stay. But, the price of this hotel is worth it. The receptionist told me that this hotel usually booked by group tour, so that they only have 1 deluxe room and 1 suite room. The other room is standard room.

Jogja is one of my favorite destination. You can meet warm and nice people, great culture and seems like the time really slowing down. The Atrium Hotel & Resort When you enter the gate, you already feel comfort and homy. All workers there will give you sincere smile and ready to help you. The room also look warm, comfort and clean. It provide basic need for that kind of room. (thank you for room decoration set up) This hotel also provide nice swimming pool and fitness center, great taste iftar and sahur. Either you only stay at hotel all day or you go around Jogja, or you on holiday or in business travel, this hotel will welcome you and comfort you. Thank you for Mr,Andy and team.
