Room 325. june 2025. 2 night. it's called = Family room i was given only 2 towel, 2 slippers. there's a balcony, but no Chair. balcony door has no lock, so the door keeps opening, Why ? so you have to stand in balcony. plus there is a AC compressor in balcony next to you standing, so you breath next to the hot AC compressor. equipment in room looks dirty. during busy hour, no hot water for shower. first impression when i walked into the lobby, very dirty, the floor was wet everywhere, i thought maybe because the hotel is infront of the beach. but then i thought there's plenty hotel next to the beach in bali, and they have good floor, not wet all over. i paid 1.250.000 rupiah per night , not a cheap price consider the location is in pangandaran, hello,, not bali. i will not come here again.

The hotel is located right in front of the west beach, so it was very convenient. We love the view near the hotel. There are many places like restaurants, and vehicle rental. However, the hotel itself is small and not many things to see. There is a small pool for the kids. Quite suitable for a short stay in the area. be sure to take a look at the nature reserve right next to the hotel.

Location good, but service is very slow, book 4rooms and got the rooms at 4pm. Breakfast so so.

The hotel was nice. Service was good, very near to go to the beach, room was clean and nice. The breakfast not good as used to be. We hope that they can do improvement.

This is the umpteenth time I have stayed at Horizon Palma Pangandaran, it seems the food is lacking, and for breakfast you have to queue and find your own seat, no one is there to organize it, it seems the service is lacking

Come get a welcome drink, order a deluxe room, and when you check in you can get a free upgrade to a family room at no additional cost... spacious rooms, free soft drinks and snacks in the room... breakfast is delicious and varied, the view from the roof top is amazingly beautiful while eating gelato, I want to come back here again if I go to Pangandaran
