This review is purly to shout ot to the helpfull staff. I would do another one after the visit :) The website doesn't offer an option to book, so you call and they book it for you - old style. A lovely girl picked up, give me all the information of how to get there where to park even thankfully correct me about the dates ,I wanted as I mismached them with a day. Now I feel much more safe and ready for my trip. So thank you Aleksandrina for your bubly personality and helpful information ! Very happy , keep it up Bilgarians ! :)

A magical place, in the Rila Mountains, Bulgaria. When you arrive, you feel like you're in a fairy tale, all green, listening to the birds, and little by little, as you climb, you'll discover the beauty of the lakes, pristine and with crystal-clear waters. A marvel. You have to go and see it!
