We originally wanted our child to enjoy the hot springs and swimming pool, but during check-in, they didn't proactively introduce the hotel's hot spring or water activities. They only answered questions directly and never offered additional information. When checking out, they also didn't explain the deposit refund process. It was a pretty bad experience. However, the room service was good; they quickly handled requests like bringing items or changing rooms due to a smoky smell."
