There was no porter for our suitcases when we arrived by taxi; we had to carry everything ourselves to reception. Furthermore, our room overlooked a very busy and noisy street. Soundproofing seemed nonexistent. -

The twin room was assigned the worst external environment. The second-floor balcony was directly occupied by several giant air-conditioning outdoor units in the entire building. It was noisy, the windows and doors could not be opened, and it was extremely hot outside.

The hotel and room were beautiful, much better than the surrounding area. The hotel is walking distance to everything, but stick to main roads at night if you must go out. The ice naker did not work on my floor, so a trip to reception was necessary when needed. The electrical outlets are Euro so bring a converter (front desk luckily had one,) My room had a mini fridge, and there is a gas station store ne t to the hotel for convenience. All in all it was a great ecperience until... MY PASSPORT HAD GONE MISSING FROMY HOTEL ROOM! I have no proof of what happened - I did not take it out of the room. I was offered a reduced rate for my added night and extra late checkout (8pm.), but I refussed room cleaning for the duration of my stay.

Stayed there for 6 days (2 x 3 days). The hotel is very nice, cleaning rooms, friendly staff, etc. The location is great!

Stayed for 7 nights. A comfortable place that's a fraction tired, especially pool area. But excellent service and a good location. Important tip, stay on the mountain side not on the noisy road side.
