This hotel should seriously be classed as 1star Great online marketing does not reflect the reality of accommodation. Lack of maintenance is evident. No Lift for luggage to rooms, no coffee/tea amenities in rooms, no bar fridge in rooms, use of personal safe in room had an additional charge, evident that linen had not been changed upon check in. We had to open shower doors to access the toilet in the bathroom, bathroom door could not be fully opened as was hitting shower screen -photo attached Free car parking is on gravel, vacant piece of land in lane way of hotel. Rooms were poorly insulated so heard every sound of patrons in passage way-never mind the additional noise from doors opening & closing & outside pubs & clubs. Many rooms had a view of the gravel empty lot but plus was close enough to beachfront *****. The breakfast included was minimal & frugal to say the least. Skip this option if you can-nearby restaurants offered a much better quality & variety for a lot less Euros. The staff were pleasant enough & provided great service where they could to compensate for the lack of amenities & building maintenance. In my opinion, the worst hotel of our stay in Cyprus where the best was only 40 euros more overall for an amazing serviced accommodation that had all the above listed lack of basic amenities.

A very good stay here, looks like there has been a lot of work put into making the hotel look so good. Unfortunately there is no pool or bar at the hotel. You can use the sister hotel which is about 10 minutes walk away. The room 101, was very comfortable and clean, with a balcony which had sun all day with a bit of shade in the doorway. The shower/toilet is smallish a large person may struggle entering the shower. The room was cleaned each day and towels every 2nd day, however you could ask for a daily change of towels. No fridge in the room, you need to rent one, Air Con was efficient particularly as it was hot and humid at night. Desk Staff were very friendly and a request for extra pillows was answered very quickly. Housekeeping staff were also friendly however their english and my Greek wasn't very good. The only downfall was our expectation of what the buffet breakfast was going to be. In my opinon it was basic, Bread/toast, spread, jams, olives, grapes, bananas (missing one day as not enought), yogurt, 2 x cold meat, 1 x cheese, cucumber, tomato, 2 x cereals, Juice, water, small pastries and tea/coffee. Going by the turnaround of people we saw using the hotel it would seem to be a popular place to stay for short breaks 3 - 4 day. No noise from the nearby bars or restaurants and the roadway being one way was also quiet. There was some building work next to the hotel, unfortunately thjere were a couple of early starts. No lift, I believe there some ground and the rest are first floor rooms. Contary to a previous review there was no evidence of this being a destination for boozy brits seeking a cheap holiday. It is near to Bar street, however there are lots of nice restaurants nearby. Would certainly use the hotel again, perhaps without the breakfast option.

For a budget hotel it was good. Staff were amazing, our rooms were cleaned and beds made every day. Only dissapoinment was breakfast..no eggs(!). Swimming pool was 10 mins away which was always quiet. No outstanding views from hotel room, but we wernt in rooms for long anyway. Close to town, but not too noisy

Very budget. The rooms are cramped and the beds are positioned right next to the toilet/ door. You get woken up by other guests walking down the corridor and slamming doors and the sewage system backs ups some smells through the drains. If you get a balcony room then it backs onto another rooms bathroom window. Only positives is that they supply you with a small bottle of shampoo and a bar of soap. Breakfast is included but it’s very basic. A choice of supermarket bread, ham, cheese, cucumber or tomato. A bowl of cereal, orange juice and a coffee machine. Staff are friendly on arrival and seem nice however there is a grumpy blonde lady on reception. This hotel is definitely suited for someone who wants a boozy cheap holiday. Paphos has not got much to offer apart from a collection of dive bars selling dodgy booze.
