Good place, good people, nice beds, good food.. what more do y'a need? safe parking for the Harleys, easy trip out to local attractions, staff very friendly and I'd liked to have stayed a few more days... maybe next year. 5 star rating *******

We stayed here for the weekend whilst visiting friends. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, a good size and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was very tasty with a good selection to choose from. We will definitely stay here again.

lovely little inn - very clean, beds are comfy and breakfast was delicious BUT! do NOT have an evening meal there :( first off : we were told that the website menu was different to the one we were presented with (had been looking forward to homemade fish cakes), after we waited ages for our choices to arrive...we were very disappointed with the quality of the food. Lasagne was tasteless, how can they fail with lasagne? but then so was the garlic bread! the only thing with any flavour was the salad! the other meal (plant based vegan burger) was very obviously microwaved as it was rock hard - and that was just the bun!! thoroughly underwhelmed with the whole dining experience....if you could call it that! the next morning must have been a different (better) chef because breakfast was delicious. we would definitely stay there again because it was so handy for Eden, and apart from the evening meal we were impressed - we'd just go and get fish n chips!!!!

Didn't stay overnight. Called in for a drink and food. All staff very friendly, owner was helpful in locating a taxi for our onward journey. Food was superbly cooked and presented. Reasonable prices. Would certainly recommend a visit we will return. Thank you

Thank you to Rich and Lucy. We stayed just before Xmas 23, to break our long drive, from West Wales, on the way to The Lizard for Xmas. What a good choice to stay at The Royal Inn. The beers/wines, evening menu fine, and friendly locals. Plenty of parking. The en-suite room had everything we needed, good hospitality tray, tele that worked, and most importantly comfy bed. Really good value for money. Breakfast was excellent ! Thank you Lucy. Really was a great start to the rest of our journey . We are looking forward to staying again, next time we travel to The Lizard.

I Had a very enjoyable stay at the royal inn and found all the staff to be very welcoming and attentive to all my needs. Nothing was too much to ask for - and I shall definitely be returning in future

Great find, only stopped for one night after a week elsewhere (weather to good to go home) nice rooms, think there were some staffing issues but service at bar and restaurant was excellent, will definitely stay again

Went for an evening meal with my husband as we were staying in St blazey nearby. Food was excellent cooked perfectly and the staff were lovely our waitress was great sorry to say I didn't get her name. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.
