Overall, this was a great place for a family stay. Although off-*****, it is relatively easy to access and the valet system worked well except for -- as you might expect -- at heavy check-out/in times.
My go-to in Vegas is the Hilton Grand properties. Overall, I'd say the service here is better but amenities better at Hiltons. However, this Hilton Diamond would choose this Marriott property again.

The room was super noisy traffic outside could be heard clearly, honking, engines revving, The room was somewhat dirty, the couch smelled really bad.

Property does not sit on the *****, is out of the way, is difficult to access the***** and does not have many of the amenities of the large ***** hotels such as fine dining, entertainment, ******** (your in vegas for gosh sake, offer something other than a bed and poor food) etc.

Overall the hotel was fine, however, there were a few things that could’ve been easily addressed for improvement. The bar in the lobby closed at 11, it’s a Las Vegas, the bar should’ve been open later, so when you get back from a show or dinner you can have night cap. The pool bar should have been opened, it was in the 70s and 80s. The pool was crowded and the bar was not open. The elevators were filthy and need to be cleaned. The beds were a little soft and mushy.
The gym facility was outstanding and very clean. Waters offered in the lobby was a nice touch, maybe think about putting in a filter water station and getting rid of the plastic bottles

Fantastic stay at the Marriott Grand Chateau. Lovely rooms, spacious and quiet. Easy 5 minute walking distance to the Las Vegas ***** and lots of restaurant options. Nearby. Would highly recommend.

Wanted to stay in a place that would give me the amenities of home. The hotel was very accommodating and I stayed Monday through Thursday.

******* had check in time wrong. Got there to having to wait re-pack my car and call a manager to get into a room. ******* error and the hotel could care less. TV in room was a piece of junk worked horribly with the budget cable package offered.
