Check in was 90 minutes after 4pm. The pool was not clean. Pool cleaners and maintenance people left garage doors and gates open when we were not home and never returned to remedy after we informed management. Sports court is over grown with bushes and is very old and in poor shape. Was a disappointing experience for the price level.

Beautiful property but a bit tired Property is gorgeous. Location is good. There were a number of issues with broken cabinets/door handles/etc throughout the house, pool was dirty upon arrival and water level dropping throughout the stay, outdoor lights not working, and just other run-down type issues. Property manager aware with not a lot of action taken. With some updates would be fantastic. Expected more when paying top dollar for a luxury home.

Paradise Valley Retreat The house was amazing for our family gathering. It has so many fun activities for everyone to enjoy. The space is well appointed and the kitchen is well stocked. *A couple of things that we would make the place even better. Hooks on the doors to hang towels, dimmers on the light switches, table lamps in the bedrooms, and new ping pong paddles. Also the floor on the covered patio is extremely slippery and should be addressed.
