JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa

The staff was excellent and the room was clean and the food was good. There were adults being loud but once reported … it calmed down.

The property is beautiful. The room was nice except I don’t like carpeting. The spa was relaxing.

Staff, food and lodging are excellent. Spa was wonderful— only caveat is making a reservation. Their website is hard to navigate on a phone. Had to wait on the phone for too long as well. Spa staff were very attentive once we arrived.

Five stars. An exceptional stay from start to finish. The setting against Camelback Mountain is beautiful and peaceful, and the grounds are impeccably maintained. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Service was the highlight. The staff was professional, attentive, and efficient at every interaction. Strong amenities, great dining, and a well-run operation overall. I would absolutely return.

Accommodation was lovely, but if the room had issues. There was a creature living in the ductwork and the bathroom floor wasn’t washed the whole time we were there. I find that very disappointing.

This was an amazing location to be, the view the staff the food, the area. It was great. Definitely going back next year.

This resort is beautiful, the breakfast package that is included if you buy the package is worth it. The staff at the resort are very friendly and kind and will do anything to make your stay better. One of the best resorts I’ve stayed at in the Phoenix area by far.
