Hotel is located near SMS mall. Just about 5 minutes walk away.

The air conditioning unit broke down in the middle of the night. Technician came to repair within 15 mins after I called the front desk. Quite efficient given it was 3+am..

Anyway maybe its due to the long weekend (peak season) so the internet was poor and they ran out of towels at the pool. The hotel should also improve the quality of the liquid soap as it is too watery. 

Overall we were still very satisfied with our stay and will surely consider this hotel again if we want to stay in Serpong area.

Size is enough for few hours rest and use the bathroom.
Overall its nice.

The hotel is quite dated and the rooms are small. The single-pane windows in street-facing rooms offered very poor sound insulation, and I was constantly kept awake by the loud noise of modified motorbikes from noisy youths outside. Breakfast was also quite mediocre. Furthermore, a deposit of IDR 300,000 was required upon check-in.

Location is very good, next to the shopping malI. I like the unit with one bedroom. Gym and swimming pool are good. Although the hotel is getting old, they maintain it well and keep it clean. Downsides are hairdryer only available by request, drain in the shower is so slow, for units facing to the back of the hotel, basin in the bathroom is too much far in from the edge made it difficult to use. Also, late check out is very strict, only up to 1 pm and was told to be at the lobby by then.

Comfortable room, i have great hospitality in here. My family have a comfortable rest. Though cuz the location in the main street, we can’t deny noises from vehicle passing is so disturbing. But it’s fair enough consider the price and the facilities we get.
