We stayed here for a week with our 5 year old, we had a great time. The double room we booked was lovely clean and modern but slightly too small for a family. We moved rooms with no problem the next morning to the family room - definitely worth booking if there is more than 2 people. Kids club was enjoyed & mini disco - great animation team! Food was really good, loads to choose from & fresh. We didn't try the bookable restaurants as the buffet restaurant was always good! Drinks were great and high quality - named spirits and soft drinks. Beach was kept clean and tidy & beach bar was good so close by. The pools were cold but fine once you were in! Waterpark was good as it had the shallow pool for little ones and a beach style pool too. It got noticeably busier nearer the end of our week as the half term started, this is when there were queues for dinner but plenty of space to have a drink and relax whilst waiting. Everywhere in the hotel was so clean, poolside facilities were great with everywhere kept clean and tidy. Really friendly and helpful staff! Lovely hotel for a chilled holiday.

Everything has been excellent apart from the weather but we have enjoyed the hotel, rooms, food etc. i especially enjoyed the back neck and head massage with Maria at the Aegeo spa. I’ve never had a deep tissue massage before and it was very relaxing.

I am currently staying at this hotel and feel compelled to express my deep disappointment. There is a strong and unpleasant smell of mold throughout the premises, and the level of cleanliness is far below any acceptable standard. The staff is unprofessional, unhelpful, and shows little urgency or willingness to assist guests. Most shockingly, guests are required to wait in line for over an hour just to enter the dining room – something I have never experienced before in any hotel. As someone who has stayed in numerous hotels in Crete and the surrounding area, I can confidently say this has been the most disappointing experience by far. It is simply a disgrace, and someone in management must take responsibility and address these serious issues.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the staff (smiling, helpful, attentive, including the manager!), the room, the facilities, the cleanliness, the restaurants, the bars, the entertainment, etc.). All the criteria were met to have wonderful days! Thank you to all the staff.

Had the most amazing Cretan massage by Rania , which was fabulously relaxing and soothing and managed to de- knot my knots I always carry on my shoulders. My husband also had the amazing de- stress massage by Maria which really dud the trick to relax him. I can’t recommend these therapists enough who have ‘ magic hands’ Lambini, the spa manager made sure we received the slots we wanted . I really rate the quality and professionalism of the spa staff . Loved my treatment

Had an excellent spa experience with Angela who was attentive and thorough. The whole spa was a wonderful addition to my holiday. I couldn’t recommend the experience enough to anyone visiting the hotel and overall the hotel was excellent too. From the food to the service it was exceptional!

Very nice atmosphere and the therapist Angela was brilliant,she knew exactly where to apply the pressure to make me feel like a newborn. Top service,very clean and a beautiful place,I would recommend to anyone who wants to relax and recharge the batteries.
