Good service, good room, there are some problems: the box is leaking and the air conditioning control is not working. I was having trouble paying the daily fee that was deducted by Trip.com, and I charged the fee again at the hotel and promised to refund the payment through the app. The reversal didn't happen. I didn't experience an ordeal until I got a refund. Camboa Hotel didn't pay attention. They only contacted once by phone and didn't bother to answer or locate themselves in the negotiation place via email. Disappointed with the service to resolve the double charge (I received a refund a week later).

The clerk who signed me in did not speak a single word of English or Spanish. I want to ask his bosses - How can you employ a person to work on hotel front desk without a single word of Spanish or English? Please tell me? The clerk took 40 minutes to check me in at 0230 in the morning. He did not have any sympathy for me that I may be tired. He did not have training how to check in. There was no hot water in shower. The internet was not working. I had to use hot spot of my cellphone from home country to send business emails. The room had a mold smell. --- I do not recommend this hotel to fellow travelers. I will not be returning here.
