Excellent service, sophisticated room, nice location and good food.

Staff review (top priority!): Very friendly, welcoming, helpful, and caring. They interact with guests politely, with warm smiles on their faces. They helped me call a taxi at night. Room review: Spacious, bright, comfortable, clean, with a great view of the sea and shopping center. Location review: Just a few minutes from the airport, the secure and gated grounds create a sense of security. Infrastructure: Several large shopping centers are nearby. Several Chinese restaurants serving seafood and traditional Chinese cuisine are located near the hotel. There's a 7-Eleven convenience store downstairs.

Before booking, I informed the host that I would be traveling with a baby who has sensitive skin and requested fresh beddings and a properly cleaned unit. I believe this was a reasonable request for a paying guest. Our stay was disappointing. The unit is quite small for a family of four, especially with the extra bed, which leaves very little space to move around. Upon arrival, we immediately found several cockroaches, and they continued to appear even after a deep cleaning. My daughter became so uncomfortable that she couldn't sleep well and chose to stay at our relatives' house for the rest of our vacation. We were also worried about our baby's safety. The cleanliness of the unit was below expectations. The shower head and faucet had visible dirt and mold, the mop provided was dirty, there were no extra trash bags, and it seemed the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. We stayed for 8 days, but room cleaning, towel replacement, and changing the beddings were only offered after we raised these concerns. The booking was for four guests, but only two towels were initially provided. On the positive side, the customer service team took our concerns seriously and arranged a deep cleaning, replaced the towels, and the property staff responded after customer support followed up. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries. Overall, I appreciate their efforts to address the issues, but I believe the unit needs proper pest control and a much more thorough deep cleaning. This review is based on our experience and is intended to help improve the stay for future guests. The photos I uploaded are only a few of what we experienced. Some of the other issues were too unpleasant to photograph, but everything I mentioned in this review is based on our actual stay.

My partner and I, was staying for couple of nights and the places was amazing. The place was awesome and highly recommended. We were so happy and satisfied.

The place is really nice. It's really clean and comfy. Good for families as well. Sad that we were not able to enjoy the pool during the stay due to bad weather. Hopefully, soon, they will have motorcycle parking and more convenient stores.

It was a very awesome  experience. The unit personnel is very accommodating and didn’t leave us without explaining everything. The unit is very clean and the kids enjoyed a lot.

The place is so clean, nice room super spacious and a lot to offer. Has cooking utensils but I would like to request adding mugs for person like me who loves coffee and also cutlery. Aside from that everything is great super live the place. Will make sure to book this again.

Best week-long stay in Parañaque. Close to the City of Dream hotels and casinos, airport, PITX, Ayala Malls Manila Bay, and Mall of Asia. Baclaran church is just a stone’s throw away. The unit is complete with home appliances, but remember to bring universal adaptor(s) since many of the kitchen appliances have type I plugs. There’s Netflix, Prime, etc. subscriptions on the TV. Especially loved the heated water in all sinks and both shower areas.
