Great location and value for money! Huge room size with clean and over the top amenities. This hotel exceeded my expectations! Also wide range of food selection on their breakfast buffet! Just few blocks away from Parqal and Ayala mall manila bay. Will consider booking this again!

We stayed overnight in this hotel. The room was spacious and had a large smart television. It smells fresh, generally clean and well-lighted. The bed was comfortable but the pillows are too soft for my preference. The check in and check out process was seamless. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. The buffet breakfast had a fewer choices, and some of the drinks and food hadn’t been refilled and I had been made to wait for little under 30 minutes with some other guest because of limited seating capacity of the cafe and I think the hotel at that time was fully booked. We also had a problem with the air-conditioning as it wasn’t cooling well but it was address immediately by their maintenance staff.

We stayed at Bayprime Hotel for one night after going to our US biometrics appointment at Parqal Mall. I was with my cousin and her children, and we really enjoyed our stay. The food was delicious, the place was clean and peaceful, and the location is very convenient. Perfect for families and travelers.

The booking process was seamless, and we truly appreciated that the hotel accommodated our request for early check-in as we were traveling with our one month baby. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, and the room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. We were very pleased with our stay and will certainly book again.

Had a wonderful stay at Bayprime Hotel!
Service was excellent, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean — you can tell it’s new and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a good variety of options.
The location is super convenient — just a few minutes away from the mall and the airport.
Only downside was the towels and bathrobes, which had a slightly musty scent (amoy kulob), but it wasn’t a major issue.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay again! 🌟

Bay Prime Hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and they even accommodated our early check-in request. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service throughout our stay was top-notch. Highly recommend for its excellent facilities and warm hospitality. Looking forward for the next visit.
