I Suggest not to stay this unit, napaka hassle sa traveler alam nio ung mabigla kana lang kasi MaY security deposit na kailangan, tapos sasabihin refundable. Tas mag check out na d mabigay ung security deposit at dami daming dahilan, sayamg ung pera na pinagbayad pagdating sa unit amoy masang2x like amoy iwan, pati cr padating sa unit ang dustpan may basura pa nga d tinapon, nakakatawa lang pati ung security deposit namin d na binalik worth 1500.00 very masakit sa ulo daming dahilan ang ganda lang sa mga post nila na picture pero sa actual d nmn yan ganon na room eh masikip lang tas mabaho pa. See the pictures attached at sa ibang reviews ng mga naka check in na na dis appoint din sa kalokohan nila, building Rio 218 unit

The room I booked does not match. The room is not clean since they said they didn't come to clean it because it was raining, that's not my fault. I was asked for 2,000.00 for security deposit and 200.00 for water and they said it will be returned once I check out. Well, I checked out yesterday, which should have been today. I called and texted the couple but there was no reply and my calls were not answered. The wife said that the money will be returned at 10pm last night, but until now, there is nothing. What should I do since they are not responding. I forgot to rake a picture of the room since I'm always out at day time and be back at night.

this is scamm condo !! its not a hotel and they are pretending that running business as a hotel.
too much regulation and will give people too much headache. just find other normal hotel.
this condo will send u email to send i d and make qr code for entrance. u cannot get in even u book from trip.com. no refund and never answer phome or email alll scamm whaf the **** ? stay away from this scamm condo
