Unpleasant experience. The description says 2x double beds, 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed but the first night, we were given a room with only 1 double and 1 sofa. Two of us were sent to another place where we were greeted by cockcroaches. We were told we will be given a good room the next night but that room was short of 1 double bed. The owner then claimed Trip.com gave misleading info. There were also no towels and no toiletries as advertised. I must say the owner did make arrangements to send these items but they should really be in the room already. In the end, I checked myself out earlier, forgoing the last night stay. While the owner claimed that he will allow me to cancel, Trip.com told me he was uncontactable.

Everything is great. Just like last year.There is everything you need.

Owner is very responsive and accommodating. He will make sure that he will provide all your request. The place where it located is also convenient.

Second stay, different unit in Phase 1—and still an amazing experience! We truly enjoyed our time again. Just a small note: compared to our previous 2-bedroom stay, the kitchen utensils were more complete and had bigger pots and pans. The 3-bedroom unit had smaller ones than expected, but it wasn’t a problem for us since we live nearby and could easily get what we needed. ONCE AGAIN, KUDOS TO THE HOST. Thank you...

Great amenities the room was OK, and it’s located at a very nice area in front of the Okada ****** and you don’t hear the traffic from the street

Great accommodation! Instructions given beforehand and the accommodation’s interior were superb! Great location too!

When you check into the hotel, they give you 3 keys, and only one of them actually opens the door. That really cost me 5 minutes just trying to get in Secondly, the hotel doesn't provide shampoo, shower gel, or disposable slippers Lastly, there are no blackout curtains in the living room, which means I have to sleep with an eye mask on because there's no door between the living room and bedroom

A truly exceptional stay experience! From the moment we booked, the host, Guodong, was friendly and provided clear, helpful instructions. The apartment itself was a haven—stylish, quiet, and so comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. We slept great and loved the bedroom and the living room 'that gives natural light. Highly recommended if you're looking for quality and great hospitality! We will stay here again on our next trip.
