It was a lovely experience overall, and the staff were genuinely so nice and welcoming. The only hiccup was the check-in time. Trip.com listed it as 2:00 PM, but it's actually 3:00 PM at the hotel. I had to shift my business errands around because of the one-hour difference.

Yearly i book Sequoia as me and my partner prefers to stay here overnights especially if we have things to do in manila ofc. It's very convenient near Parqal, ayala malls and MOA. Safe,clean place to stay. One thing i love about most is the hospitality and smiling faces of the staff it makes a huge difference.

Sequoia Hotel, Manila Bay – A Wonderful Stay! I had a fantastic stay at Sequoia Hotel in Manila Bay! The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made it such a comfortable place to relax. The location is perfect — right near the bay area, so it was super easy to get to all the places I wanted to visit. Whether for sightseeing or shopping, I never had any trouble getting around. One of the highlights was definitely the food! The menu was excellent, offering a variety of delicious dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Overall, I loved my time at Sequoia Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and enjoyable place to stay in Manila Bay.

Seriously, don't even bother. This hotel has some really unfair policies. Once you check in, any damage found when you check out (even if it was caused by a previous guest and the hotel missed it during their inspection) will be blamed on you. The deposit is ridiculously high, 4000 pesos, which gives the hotel a lot of leeway to charge you. I paid 300 for my stay and then another 300 in fines, bringing my total to 600. Just thought I'd share for your reference.
