My stay at Okada Manila was largely wonderful. The room was absolutely breathtaking spacious, serene, with floor-to-ceiling windows and incredibly comfortable bedding. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat, even with the ****** buzz downstairs. The sauna was another highlight: roomy enough for a relaxing, cozy soak, which was a treat after long days out. The all-you-can-eat buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, tasty dishes that left me more than satisfied. However, there was one small letdown: the in-room snacks. For the price I paid for the stay, I was surprised to find that even basic snacks came with an extra charge. Given the hotel's luxury positioning, I would have expected at least a few complimentary items (like light bites) to be included. It didn't ruin the trip, but it felt a bit nickel-and-diming for a property of this caliber. Overall, Okada Manila delivers on luxury, comfort, and dining, just be prepared to pay extra for those mini-bar munchies. I'd still recommend it, but with that heads-up. Would return for the room and buffet, but I'll pack my own snacks next time!

The non smoking room I booked was unavailable at time of check in, so the front desk did a complimentary upgrade for me to the suite room! It’s huge, and complete with jacuzzi, bar table, dinning and even a massaging room! Enjoy the ****** too!

We Love our stay in Okada.Love the way staffs welcome us at Okada .Very friendly environment . All staffs are very helpful,kind to the visitors , the hotel are clean ,do beautiful .Modern ,the food ate delicious ,gave everything .You name it ,they had Japanese food,Pilipino food,Korean ,American,Chinese,Eadt Indian etc . Love everything & look forward on coming back to Okada .Thank you for the very nice service.

I stayed at Okada Manila from February 21 to 24, 2026 and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, comfortable and well maintained, and the facilities of the hotel were impressive. During my stay, my travel companion lost an Apple AirPods Max shortly before check‑out and we thought it was impossible to get it back. The security team, especially Supervisor Arnold, worked very hard to help us and finally returned the headphones to us safely, which made us feel very grateful and impressed by their professionalism. Overall, I felt safe and well taken care of in this hotel, and I would be happy to stay at Okada Manila again and recommend it to other travelers.

Despite the opulent appearance and its 5 star rating, I had the worst hotel experience I have ever had at Okada Manila. Not only did I have to have my ID checked at nearly every turn, security guards frisking me, taking my picture every time I entered and exited the hotel, restaurants and shops closing randomly, canceling my reservations, or closing the kitchen far earlier than typical, the hotel also lost some of my luggage. I transferred rooms twice and each time, it took nearly 4 hours to transfer. My travel itineraries were obliterated, my sense of relaxation went up in smoke. I spoke with management multiple times and was only given apologies and reassurances that didn't carry any weight. Okada is also a ****** and this may explain part of why I felt so trivialized with my issues, but I truly wish Okada would go the extra step to create a truly inviting, empathetic, and welcoming atmosphere, as I was visiting to try and vacation. Upon them losing my luggage, I was nearly in tears. Management told me they reviewed security tapes, investigated, etc, but could not find my bag, despite me recalling having lost it mere hours after switching rooms. My sense of trust with Okada is broken, as it is with Manila too. I sincerely hope that future travelers have a better experience and things improve there.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, making it easy to get to nearby attractions and restaurants. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the excellent amenities. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. We recently stayed at Okada for a weekend getaway. The location was fantastic, with easy access to restaurants and sights. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping, were incredibly friendly and efficient, always greeting us with a smile. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotless, with comfortable beds and great blackout curtains, ensuring a good night's sleep.

It was an amazing experience to stay in this hotel. One of a kind experience and will definitely consider again when viaiting the Philippines

Booked a stay to celebrate my partner's birthday. Although we had a bit of an issue with the room upon checking in, they were quick to respond and dealt with it immediately. Food at the buffet was also really great, but if you plan to have dinner at the Medley Buffet, make sure to book a table in advance since the lines can get quite long. There were also times the line at the breakfast buffet was long, so it would be better to come in early. But don't worry, it will be worth it. All in all, great stay. Great hotel for couples looking to celebrate. The service is exceptional as well.

Pros: The hotel is near the airport and has lots of stores and restaurants inside. Breakfast is good. Cons: 1. During check in: Receptionist refused our passports and ask for national IDs instead so we needed to insist on the passports because we don't have any national IDs (we live outside the country). 2. During stay: wait time for housekeeping request took 2hours. Hotel staff does not inform beforehand that the private bar locks automatically when deposit is already consumed. What's worse is that they did not get the full deposit upon check in. We could've avoided not being able to drink cold water upon arriving at midnight if they only informed ahead or asked for more money for deposit. Also, unlike other hotels, printing is not complimentary. 3. Checkout: airport transfer is not well coordinated with concierge. Also, instead of checking room thoroughly before completing check out, they would send you an email the day after to let you know that you left stuff inside the room so send an email if there's anything valuable that you remember.
