The hosts are delightful, friendly, and helpful, they will go out of their way to help you and to make the most of your visit. The garden is beautiful and the breakfast is fresh and filling. The accommodations are nice, not luxurious though clean and comfortable. I would happily stay again if I returned to Paraty."

Everything has been curated down to the smallest detail, creating an elegant yet wonderfully welcoming environment. Our room was exceptionally comfortable and cozy, and we particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches provided for guests, such as the beach basket and towels — just one example of the attention to detail that can be felt throughout the entire experience. The staff deserves a very special mention. They are outstanding: highly professional, yet genuinely warm, attentive and always willing to make each guest’s stay as enjoyable as possible. Maria Sol, Martín and Gabriela, in particular, were absolutely wonderful and made us feel exceptionally well looked after. Breakfast was another highlight. Prepared freshly to order, it was varied and beautifully presented, with delicious specialties and ingredients of excellent quality. It felt much more like a carefully prepared dining experience than a standard hotel breakfast. The location is perfect for enjoying Paraty, and the overall concept of Casa Turquesa is truly remarkable. It combines sophistication, comfort, authenticity and personal attention in a way that is increasingly difficult to find. A memorable stay and a truly exceptional boutique hotel. Casa Turquesa is one of those rare places where the experience itself becomes part of the journey. We would return without hesitation."

"The hostel was a find, the only one that could improve was the smell of humidity in the rooms, but the breakfast, swimming pool, jacuzzi and boat trip (included in the reservation) compensated! We stay in one of the rooms in the ground because it is difficult to move from my mother. I thank the receptionist's kindness, always careful!"

"The Pousada Valochouto in Paraty immediately strikes you with its excellent location, ideal for visiting the historic center and getting around easily on foot without the need for public transportation. Another very positive aspect is the spacious and comfortable room size, significantly above average for this type of accommodation. Also noteworthy is the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, always friendly and ready to offer helpful advice, as well as the beautiful, well-maintained and sunny pool, perfect for relaxing during the hottest hours of the day. Among the less convincing aspects, breakfast is served only from 8 a.m. onwards, which is a bit late, especially for those with excursions or early departures. Furthermore, although the room has a window, it is not enclosed by glass but only by wooden paneling, a detail that makes the room quite noisy and can affect the quality of your sleep. Overall, a pleasant property for its location and hospitality, but with some areas for improvement."

"We were very well received at the inn! João and Rafaela treat guests with great affection!! And to make the inn even more charming, there's Moah, a Golden Retriever who lives there bringing love to everyone, besides Raio and the other beautiful dogs that appear there. My rating wasn't excellent because the inn is quite far from the city center and access to it is very difficult! The inn is in the middle of the forest, so it has a perfect environment to literally connect with nature! And it really is literally that way, haha. It was a pleasant experience!"

"The guesthouse is located a little far from the center, but there is silence and peace. The bed is comfortable, air conditioning and refrigerator work, the bathroom has warm water in the shower, but the drainage cage is dangerously bent so that you can cut your leg by taking a shower. Breakfast is simple but fresh, but there was something for the heat (egg or steam). It is difficult to understand, because only one person speaks English. Cleaning the room on request. The worst thing is the Internet connection, and the WiFi connection is breaking down and you can't watch TV because the same way the programs are shut down. Probably the TV is working through the Internet. The Internet is necessary to improve."
