Stayed here for 2 weeks as a family of 7 and it’s the worst place we’ve stayed and is in no way a 4 star hotel, absolutely no way!! Rooms basic enough but then it’s just for sleeping in tbf, but there is a terrible smell of sewage in the rooms though, The food wasn’t great at all and as expected is very repetitive, but plenty pizza for the kids, 1 ice cream counter to serve all guests with one scoop so you’d have to que for ages for ice cream, cakes and fruit also to choose from beware all inclusive ends at 11pm but even then it’s only a select menu of drinks they include in the all inclusive menu the rest you must pay for at the bar(such as a small maritini €5 and kids slushies are €3 each) the wave pool “restaurant” which you have to book is a complete waste of time, same as main restaurant buffet but smaller so wait in ques to get minimum choice of food, which is just as bad as main restaurant Hotel in middle of island with no shops or street to waddle down so best to hire a car which we did and those were the best days we had there as we saw a lot of beautiful places out and about but the hotel won’t help or guide you as to where to go so research this yourself(we hired from Olympus car rental and he’s a sound bloke who will drop car off and return for it when your finished) Palaeokastritas is about 25 min drive and is gorgeous with a beautiful beach and lovely monestry on top of the mountain you can drive up and get parked at, also an aquarium there where you get a guided tour of and in turn get to use the sunbeds included as part of the ticket (parking is €5 for the whole day at the big car park) There’s a lot of lovely scenery out and about, Kassiopi being another lovely little hotspot, lovely little shops and restaurants to meander through. I’d Defo recommend it’s worth hiring a car to escape “Alcatraz” for a few days if not you’d be stuck there as the bus only goes to Corfu town, which I think we were around €20 single ticket for 7 of us!! Now The waterpark that’s attached to the resort is absolutely fantastic and you can defo spend a lot of days there, it’s honesty a brilliant place plenty to do and keep entertained but be warned the all inclusive DOES NOT carry on through to Aquapark, it stops at the gate and you can’t bring any food or drink in with you so you can either buy stuff inside Aquapark or take the 5 minute stroll back to the main restaurant for lunch! The 10%discount you get in there for food and drinks is nothing at all. The Main aqualand gate opens at 10am - 18:00pm and the side gate from the hotel opens at 11am - 17:00pm, The evening entertainment at the main reception/bar is upstairs and is non existent, you’ll need to get there early to get a seat as it’s not built for the volume of guests, all crammed into a rooftop bar, with a tiny stage area. There’s only 2 in the entertainment team and it shows, as it’s honestly a farce and completely underwhelming! Terrible attempt at bingo and not much else,

The 1 star is for the staff they were amazing. Everything else is zero stars absolutely filthy dated broken accommodation ants in the room and bed upon arrival electricity went down for over 24 hours can't get a seat for entertainment at night and nothing to do around the hotel. Food disgusting and just reused in different dishes throughout the week.school dinners would of been better! Dinner Hall absolute chaos! Worst holiday we have ever had and first holiday we have wanted to come home within an hour of arriving! Can't believe we paid almost 4k to stay here a tent at Glastonbury would of been cleaner! Shower fell apart taps fell off no clean towels provided for 2 days! Do not waste your money go to the water park for a day trip it's the only half decent thing there! Do not recommend

We came here on a family holiday with EasyJet flying from Luton. We are a family of 4 with 2 boys aged 12 & 14. All and all we had a good holiday and we give it a healthy 8/10 for the week. Accommodation This was a 2 story apartment with the down stairs comprising of the toilet/shower and double sofa bed and single sofa bed. Our boys slept down stairs and were quite comfortable. Upstairs is a double bed room which we used and again it was comfortable and clean. All of the accommodation has a balcony or if on the ground floor outside space to sit. There are air conditioning units on the ground floor and in the upstairs bedroom. Make sure you close the door to the balcony or the aircon won’t engage. Food The food is ok but a much smaller selection if you are used to an all inclusive holiday in Turkey or Egypt. But in saying that we always found something that everyone ate and no one got the dreaded holiday poos or sickness. They also serve snacks by the pool of Chips, hotdogs and toasted sandwiches and ice cream. This is next to the all inclusive bar. They also have cake and other bits. Entertainment This was not great, and takes place in a semi open aired area above reception. Again it’s nothing like Turkey or Egypt. More of a Butlins in the 80s. The other issue is that the is not enough tables and chairs in both areas for the amount of people at the hotel so this means so night you just go back to the apartment early. Bar Easy to get served as there are 2 bars. Local beer is good and soft drinks are available for the kids to get themselves. Cocktail are not great and not much effort is made when making them. I have attached some photos of the buses to a beech and Corfu town. There are also local buses from just outside the hotel for €2.50 or €2 per person if you want to go under your own steam. We got the local buses as we didn’t want to get up early or have to be back at a certain time. Bus Stop to Corfu is out of the main entrance and right. Look across the road to a left turn. The bus stop is just there. You want a no8 bus or a bus displaying 8-11. It’s all the same. Bus to Glyfada beech is left out of the main entrance and as you get to the turn for that Aqua Park cross over and you will see a slightly hidden bus stop. This is a coach rather than a local looking bus. Again like everywhere there is good and bad. But for the week there was more good than bad. It’s defo a 3 star but not bad value.

We recently stayed at Aqualand Resort Corfu and had a fantastic time overall. The water park is amazing, the atmosphere is vibrant, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our family truly enjoyed our experience, and we are already looking forward to our next visit in July 2025! However, as a vegan family with a daughter who has food allergies, we did find the food options somewhat limited. While we appreciated the fresh fruits and salads available, we were quite disappointed to find that there were no non-dairy ice cream or 100% fruit sorbet options at the snack bar. On a hot day, it would have been wonderful for our daughter to enjoy a refreshing frozen treat like everyone else. It was a little disheartening to see so many delicious options for other guests but not have something allergy-friendly readily available. We truly believe that Aqualand has the potential to be even more inclusive by offering a few simple additions to the menu—perhaps a dairy-free sorbet or a plant-based ice cream option. This small change would make such a big difference for families like ours who have dietary restrictions but still want to enjoy the full experience. We deeply appreciate the hospitality we received and hope that by the time we return in July 2025, there will be more consideration for guests with special dietary needs. Aqualand is a fantastic resort, and we would love to see it take a step forward in making its offerings even more inclusive for all visitors. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and we hope to see some exciting food additions next summer! 🌿🍦☀️

We went in July family of 6 for 10 nights. Ages 9-18. Rooms are dated but clean. We had a great time. Only went to the entertainment area 2 nites. It was OK. We preferred to sit out and play pool and soccer. Food was good plenty options. The ice-cream freezer was a massive hit. Wer returning in June for 14 nights!!

Kids ( aged 10 and 13) enjoyed ALL the slides etc. We enjoyed them too and the sit out areas for ‘a rest’. Noted: meticulously clean. Excellent safety management of each person, on each ride. Good food options, not too expensive. It’s already on our visit list for 2025

Resort its self is not very extensive. Has a bar by the pool that serves hot dogs , toasties , filled baguettes & chips every day . This bar closes at 6pm on the dot . The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere, plenty of food , few meats on at each sitting , freshly fried meat & chips always available. Large salad bar , lots of puddings & fruit . Staff continuously clearing tables & setting up . After 6pm the only bar you can get drinks from is the main lobby bar , at 8pm the rooftop bar / entertainment serves drinks . If you need snacks after 6pm , I advise you to take some Tupperware tubs to grab some nibbles at lunch or dinner. Entertainment is fairly good ( if you can find a table & seat ) On site shop has essentials / alcohol/ snacks / souvenirs. The nearest supermarket is miles away Just need to say our rep Jenny was extremely helping in resolving a few issues we had . Son & partner loved the flumes & the humungus wave pool is a hit with everyone . Personally , the rooms are lacking in comfort & modernisation - likely the biggest let down. Although kept very clean .

Where do I start think I will start... Upon arrival late at night was greeted by an abrupt grumpy member of staff (male) asked for any supper available he pointed and said toastie/cake ( toastie was a dry ham or cheese sandwich) , was given a map to find our own apartment In the dark, room was OK no where near a 4 star bed was a bed settee laid out into double bed. After a few days we got inundated with ants in the bathroom coming out of the grout if the tiles. Restaurant food was OK edible but very repetitive the wave tavern food court wasn't any better either and that has to be booked in advance food seems to be warmed up from left overs from main restaurant. Snack bar that serves chips, toasties, hot dogs etc was nice. Hotel staff, restaurant staff, entertainment staff were absolutely shocking never a smile on their face and abruptly spoken. Bar staff were amazing always happy and polite. Pools were good and nice, entertainment don't waste your time it's so bad kids get 1 hour the rest is very poor. The water park area (aqualand) is really good lots to do and staff are friendly, food n drinks are pricey but that's to be expected. We went out for food one night to bunny's burger house which is within walking distance from the hotel also found a nice market shop which sells everything. On-site shop us very expensive but again to be expected For a 4 star resort I was very disappointed I've had better at a 3 star.

This hotel is advertised as 4 star but no where near a 4 star hotel. Very dated, beds rock hard, bathroom smelled of sewage. Food not great and extremely repetitive - carrots at breakfast? Snack bar was ok - toasties, wraps, hot dogs, chips and cake. Drinks were ok. Soft drinks were very syrupy. Entertainment - kids disco was ok - same every night after that the entertainment was either terrible or non existent. The bus to town was also cancelled. Waterpark was great and really the only positive we had from this holiday. We made it the best we could but would not go back again even if they paid me.
