Hotels near Sainte-Clotilde, Paris in Paris

The location is very good, quiet, convenient and safe. The hotel facilities are also good and relatively new, and very complete. But the service is average, mineral water, toiletries, and slippers are not provided, and the room hygiene is average.

Perfect location being in the centre of Paris and is a couple stops away from the Louvre museum on the metro. It is also allows quick and convinient travel to other main central tourist spots. The hotel is situated on a key road where many embassies closely reside (British, Japanese, American, Canadian etc.), hence there is heavy government security staff and is a very safe location to stay in, in addition to the mainy designer retail stores and boutiques also situated on the same road and surrounding areas. The hotel itself looks modern, chique and promising upon entering into the reception, however the front desk staff were two men who did not seem entirely friendly and welcoming and failed to greet us properly upon arrival. There should have been better hotel staff etiquette. The room was ckean, basic and minimal in decor but unfortunately quite small, particularly the bathroom. For a 4* hotel, I would've expected a better modern decor, toiletries and complimentary items, for example handwash liquid bottles, cotton buds and shower caps as well as more bottles of water (there was only 1 provided upon arrival when there were 2 of us). There was no wow factor and seemed pretty basic.. there have been 3* hotel rooms I have stayed in which have been more impressive in size, decor and supplementaries. The TV channels are all in French which doesn't consider other main languages of international tourists so we had little indoor entertainment. There were also initial issues with the shower head in the bathroom too which was thankfully fixed by a staff member quickly after we brought it to their staff's attention. Street views of boutiques and official government buildings were quite nice. The worst part was that there was no sound proofing in the room. First night was the worst sleep I've had in a hotel and I could literally hear everything from the surrounding rooms (creeking, flushing, piping etc) as well as outdoor drunken shouting, even with the windows closed. The hotel appears to have selectively refurbished rooms, which I also read from other reviews seem to have better sound proofing anf modern decor. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like there is any intention to update all the rooms to match the same 4* quality standard, which how management appear to be controlling the room prices. Hence, my best recommendation is to pay more for a refurbished room/prestige room to get a better stay experience (not the superior rooms because there is nothing superior about them).

It was an overnight stay when coming to Paris for the first time. It was important for me that the hotel was close to the center. I was completely satisfied with the location and conditions of the hotel. Pleasant interior, amenities, good and responsive staff. I can definitely recommend it to other potential overnighters who want to explore Paris.

The location is unbeatable as far as distance from many historic attractions. For the price of the room ($700) it is quite expensive as the room is simple, as are the amenities. Most of the hotel staff were friendly. Check in and check out went smoothly. When I went to ask about a power adapter, the person I spoke to was short and rude with me. My partner is French and everyone was more friendly with him and willing to help.

First things first, there effectively is no Lennon Hotel. There is no reception there and no breakfast room. Everything from the administration on is done through the Avalon Hotel next door so, make the assumption that you are going to the Avalon and you will not get lost or confused. The decor is both dated and modern at the same time. I would say, typically French so I am glad they didn't go all chain hotel and boring. The Bedroom - The choice of furniture I would question. In some pictures you can see what looks like a coat rack. This is the 'wardrobe' in the room. There are 6 hooks which may or may not have 6 hangers. Beneath that could well be a full size laptop safe (free to use) and under that, what I would have used as the shoe shelf. There really isn't anywhere for smaller items at all, they likely will stay in your luggage. With the lighting it's either bright or very bright so, there wasn't really an option to have it dimly lit though there are a selection of ceiling light, wall lamps and table lamps, they are all bright. Our room (100) was not a king size bed, I feel 4' 6” as it was certainly smaller than we are used to. In many pictures it shows the white bed pillows supplemented by small blue (green) ones. This is certainly not the case with every room. The Bathroom - I can but speak for our room as I understand other rooms have different configurations. We had a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a hand held spray adjusted using ornate handles. The toilet was on the wall. I personally don't like those, I feel incredibly unsafe especially when they creak like this one did when sat on. To make it worse, we're only 5' 3” and it's just too high, we felt like 5 year olds in need of a step stall. I wondered if this might not be aimed at wheelchair users as I am disabled but I do not use a chair but a mobility scooter (which there was plenty of room for). Then I consider the sink which is high up, too high for a wheelchair user. Of course, there is no chair in the shower either so, if it is meant to be an accessible room, it kind of isn't. The walls are done in tiles. Very mismatched tiles, not sure whether that was intentional or just years of different repairs and replacements. I feel that the light blue small square tiles were original but that when the shower, toilet and sink were last done they were not replicable so got replaced with blue rectangle tiles. The floor tiles are probably original but very worn and though they may have been, I never felt they were clean. Being a walk in shower the water got everywhere and the floor remained wet all night so we kept a towel on the floor by the door. Us British might find it weird to see a hairdryer in the bathroom right next to the sink, I think a plug socket too! Hotel service is very good is the price 8k+ also told me to upgrade the room The triple room turned out to be an extra bed, I thought I entered the wrong room. . . This price is really. . . . However, the surroundings are very close, and the decoration is still good.

The hotel is excellently located at the heart of the Latin Quarter, less than 50 meters from the Place de St. Michel. The hotel staff are extremely nice, funny and helpful. They offered us a room with a balcony and truly made our stay in Paris the most romantic ever. It was near the Tootbus stop, walking distance from Notre Dame, right beside the Metro and from Gare du Nord to the hotel by taxi was quite affordable. Some things maybe not so convenient was the size of the toilet and the noise from the streets below in the evening. Early morning wee hours we can hear some youths drunk and making noise below. But overall the lovely outlook of the building and its location outweighs any challenges. We highly recommend this hotel. The next time we're in Paris, we will surely return to this place.

The hotel's entrance is not obvious, but the location is very good, very close to the Louvre, Lafayette is not far away, go out to the shopping street, there are Giorgio Ar***i, Louis Vitton, Chloe, Celine and so on. The hotel bathroom and bathing area are separate and the facilities are modern. Some rooms can accommodate an extra bed. Breakfast is Western food, good quality, if you can have a little Chinese food, after all, there are quite a lot of Chinese people. Wenhua's service is as good as ever. Going to Paris later is still the first choice.

The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from the nearest metro station Cadet. There are small supermarkets, restaurants, community parks and so on. The area is located between the 9th and 10th districts of Paris, a relatively safe area. It is ideally located within 3-4 stops of the main attractions and shopping venues such as the Paris Opera, Lafayette, Paris Spring, and the Louvre. 1, room facilities are standard, the shower of the bathtub is no fixed on the wall, the whole process requires a shower. This time we were given a room with a small terrace facing the street. In addition to the occasional noise from the passing vehicles on the street, the lighting is very good. 2, the hotel front desk staff is more nice, proactively provide Wi-Fi information and detailed answers to relevant questions. 3. If the check-out is earlier and the time is more abundant, you can store your luggage at the hotel reception. The only downside is that there is no “luggage tag number” for the baggage, and the guest pushes the baggage into the storage room and picks up the baggage when it is time to claim it (all depending on the consciousness). There may be cases where you take the wrong thing and take the wrong baggage. In short, the hotel as a whole is very good. I will choose this hotel next time I go to Paris.

We just returned from a fabulous stay at the Peninsula Paris and our time there was so special that I feel compelled to write this review. This is a top-notch hotel that goes above and beyond to make your trip unforgettable. Let's start with the staff - Rana at the front desk, Nicholas and Paul at the concierge, Jose at the valet, Volica in housekeeping, and Imran as the greeter (to name a few, but certainly not all) - are the kindest, most helpful and amazing people I have ever come across. They not only made our return there so good, but they also left an impression on our 7 year twins that they soon won't forget. The concierge was able to get us coveted reservations at some of Paris's hottest restaurants and boutiques. The room was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The food was unreal - the daily pastry basket at breakfast, the dumplings at Lili and the chocolate - are all a must!! Me and my husband have traveled a lot, stayed at many fine resorts, and this is truly at the top!
