I do not recommend, very BAD EXPERIENCE ⚠️ To begin with, the price is clearly not worth the service offered... Delivery of the keys for the room very long, more than 30 minutes of waiting because it was not ready in due time.. "Infinite Love Pack" including decoration, 45 minutes of jacuzzi, a bottle of champagne. Result: 2 poor balloons and a petal heart on the bed, no champagne and broken jacuzzi... As for the room, it is true that visually it was very beautiful. However, the hygiene was limited, very uncomfortable bed, no standard (no cup in the bathroom, no sample of shower gel or other...) And then, the soundproofing of the room let's not talk about it... . a disaster. We haven't slept all night 😡 In the end, it must have been a romantic evening in a little cocoon of love that turned into horror with a desire to LEAVE! Very bad memory for this Valentine's Day 2022...

After reading all the negative reviews we were wondering what we were going to find when we got there and well not at all what I could read. The hotel is clean, the gentleman at the reception very helpful and the room "the secret" very nice. It communicates with the room "the cage" but the curtains which cover the window in each of the rooms allow you to maintain your privacy if desired. Indeed you can hear the other rooms but at the same time by going to this type of hotel it is to be expected nothing disturbing for me. Regarding the wifi and the TV channels, all worked perfectly and indeed it is hot because the rooms are in the ba*****t without windows but ours was equipped with functional air conditioning so no worries. A sex shop is just opposite nice to get out of the ordinary. In summary I recommend to spice up your couple a little, it's not bad at all and the mirrors on the ceiling...at the top!!! We will come back to test the other themes with pleasure 😊

Price of the room too expensive compared to the quality of the room. Water leak, crumbling wall, dubious bedding.... In short, not so clean... Small room and luxury not by appointment... I was at the Love Hotel de Chatelet, and given the price I don't wasn't expecting that.
