I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around and explore nearby attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transportation. Everything I needed was within easy reach, which made my trip much more enjoyable and stress-free. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My room was spacious, quiet, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the housekeeping team did a great job keeping the room spotless throughout my visit. One of the highlights of my stay was the friendly and professional staff. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Their excellent service made me feel valued as a guest from the moment I arrived until check-out.

Highly recommend to stay here if you love something cozy and quiet place. Love the location because it’s next to carrefour and nearby all the shopping places. Very easy to find good authentic french food and others there.

Location is good but rooms are small! No free bottled water but you can bring the jug to lobby to fill water if needed!

Hotel is great, however I was disappointed as it is indicated they have a pool, but it is necessary to pay a supplement for it, so not included in the hotel price.

We had an amazing stay, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I particularly appreciated their support during a difficult time in my life.

Hotel dress code is really a gem. Very good location.Top class hospitality.very clean and modern rooms.

Location is good within 5mins walk from 3 metro stations (Auber, Opera & Madeleine), Executive Room is in good size & have adequate space to open two large size luggages at same time, reasonable soundproof with minimal construction noise on two days out of my 9-days stay, generally clean & tidy, overhead shower with stable heat water supply, air condition and ventilation are surprisingly good. Downside: drinking water available at lobby only with no kettle in room but available upon request, no bedside electrical socket (USB ports available), table at room corner is slightly small.

Very nice service and staffs were attentive and friendly. The location is superb and within walking distance to many shopping areas and restaurants.

It is our second stay at the hotel, still very clean and every tourist attractions are convenient within walking distances. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast with a additional 20 euros/person, the breakfast has almost everything with a cozy sofa area. There is also a Carrefour just next to the hotel, and nearby with bakery shops, sandwich, coffee shops, McDonalds and Starbucks. Will be back once again, thank you for the lovely service.

It’s really nice! Room is really tiny but i only have one luggage so I could manage. But the only thing I didn’t like was the toilet. Maybe the flush pressure was too high, water will leak through the toilet seat when I flush with lid covered. The shower also easy to leak water and the sink easy to splash. Other than that I think it’s excellent!

The staff were excellent and very friendly! Even after I checked out, when they noticed I was having some communication problems with the taxi driver, they proactively came out to translate for me, helped me with my luggage, and opened the car door for me – very thoughtful! The hotel's location is extremely convenient, a five-minute walk to Galeries Lafayette, a five-minute walk to the Chanel flagship store, and a five-minute walk to the subway and bus stations. There are also many restaurants nearby. The location is excellent. The room was clean and bright, although a little small, it was acceptable. Overall, a highly recommended hotel!

The interior hardware is noticeably worse than last year. Maintenance and repairs are not very good. The lighting is still adequate. However, it's not as clean as it was a year ago. Many things are old and haven't been properly repaired. The desk in the room is also tilted.

The location was close to the Opera House, and department stores and supermarkets were also relatively close, so it was convenient. There are no convenience stores in Paris, so even buying something as simple as a bottle of water requires a trip to the supermarket. The toilet bowl is quite large, so petite people might fall into it! Also, there's no cushion between the bowl and the seat, so water spills out when you flush. It was annoying to have water on my thighs every time. The room was compact, but spacious enough for me since I was staying alone. The walls? The floor? They were thin, so I could hear people talking and laughing, but it wasn't so loud that I couldn't sleep.
