I checked in, stayed overnight, went out at 10 a.m. the next day, went in around 3-4 a.m., and there were ants crawling on the bed;; When I first spoke, they asked me if I wanted to check out? I need to find a place to sleep right now, but...
I decided to move to another room on the same floor, but they told me to move everything within an hour. I also had to shake off all the ants on my suitcase and luggage.
It was really annoying, but there was no service or anything like that.
For reference, I hung it on the doorknob not to provide room cleaning service.

The location is not bad, the room is too small but I won’t pick it at this price. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas which is good, but there are a few things I find unacceptable: 1. The mirror is facing the bedside, which is scary... 2. No The refrigerator, purchased yogurt, and fruits cannot be refrigerated. 3. The water in the sink cannot be turned on. Perfectly fine. Good sized room, though the bathroom isn’t physically separate from the room (fine for one person, but if you’re sharing, be prepared). Nice shower though. Free coffee as well.

Great location, days later i stayed at district #2 and i really prefer #9... walkable train station and there are restaurants and bars that stay open until late hours. Also a grocery nearby.. staff was very helpful, they answer all of our question . Help us printing tour tickets etc will stay again

This hotel is fantastic, what a hidden gem! I'll admit I was a little worried based on how good of a deal it was, that the hotel was going to be underwhelming, but I was so wrong. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The room was nothing fancy, but I had just booked the basic double room - besides, I was spending all my time out exploring, what else do you need besides a comfy bed? There's a little closet for clothes, a desk, and a console table that runs behind the bed which was handy for phone, books, water, etc. The shower pressure is AMAZING, literally the best hotel shower I've been in. Within a few minutes walk to two different metro lines, 10 minutes to Opera house and Galleries de Lafeyette. Quiet and clean. Would absolutely stay here again!!!
