First of all, it was a real pleasure to count you among our guests during these 2 days and we are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the warm welcome of our team, the nice room set at your disposal as well as its attributes. Rest assured that we attach the greatest importance to the cleanliness of our hotel and its rooms. We apologize for the inconveniences encountered. Yet, our chambermaids are very thorough in their work and although we are very sorry, none of our guests who have stayed in this room have complained about its cleanliness. You also mention marks on the bathroom fittings. These are simply marks from cleaning and wear and tear. Our facilities are clean and regularly maintained. Finally, we'll be sure to carry out the necessary checks on your bathroom sink, thank you for your report. Your remarks are precious and will be useful to optimize the experience of our guests.
