Really cute hotel in a very local location, far from tourists.

Lobby is small but Perfect service by friendly staff. The bed is very comfortable , with a layer of goose feathers comforter on the mattress , normally only few 5 stars hotel having such. Location is perfect, walking distance to groceries shops and good restaurants.

This is my first time staying at Grand Hotel Chicago and I my experience has been exceptional. Staff is super friendly and beyond helpful. Location is great My husband and I traveled with 3 kids and we got a connecting room and it was perfect and spacious. Around the hotel on rue de dames there are lots of nice bistro and all amenities. ( supermarket, self service laundry, pharmacy, subway- all a short walk away) Really convenient, very clean, quiet and and great atmosphere. Would go back- absolutely.

Amazing location - plenty of options to eat and drink around the corner. Close to metro. Staff was brilliant - from check in to check out we got lots of attention and help( thanks so much) highly recommended and for sure I would stay here again

The hotel is quite new. The room is 15 square meters, not too big, not too crowded, and the facilities are quite new. It can be cleaned every day. There was a small problem. When I was taking a shower in the morning, there was a sudden power outage. There was someone at the front desk. Due to insufficient manpower, they did not come to check in time. It took about an hour to restore. The front desk was friendly and kind. The overall experience was good. It is about 300 meters away from Rome subway station, a 5-10 minute walk. It is convenient to travel. The surrounding security is good, not as exaggerated as described on the Internet. I have never seen thieves or robberies. Breakfast is 20 euros per person at your own expense, which is a little expensive. You can experience it. It is okay. There are rich varieties and you can eat it as brunch.

The room location is not good. The rooms booked by Ctrip are not in a good location. They are in a corner. The room is small. The front desk is friendly, the service is good, and it is safe. It is equivalent to a domestic 3-star hotel. The hotel location is good, there are many restaurants around, Xi'an Noodle House is nearby, and it is a 15-minute walk to Galeries Lafayette

I chose this hotel because I wanted to stay in the Batignolles area, and it was a great choice! The room was quiet, unlike what you'd expect next to the train tracks, and although it wasn't large, it was clean and functional. A lovely small hotel designed with an art deco atmosphere throughout. There are many restaurants, stylish general stores, and the famous Cezanne store in the area. A coin laundry and Monoprix are also within a 5-minute walk. The nearest station is a little far away, so I didn't use the metro or train this time. However, there are two bus stops within a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and you can take a bus to Bon Marché on the left bank, and you can also take a bus back from the Eiffel Tower, which was very convenient. And most importantly, the hotel staff are very kind and friendly! I felt their warm hospitality throughout my stay. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again the next time I go to Paris.

I really liked the hotel, friendly staff with a Russian-speaking administrator who helped us Yura, delicious breakfasts, the bed in the room is super soft, in a word, we can come back here again with a convenient location, 5 minutes away from the metro

The hotel is very stylish. It is small but well-equipped with many exquisite designs. The hotel staff is also very welcoming. They helped us to check in even though we arrived before 9 o'clock in the morning. There are two options for breakfast, including express breakfast for 9 euros, which is quite affordable.
