The hotel is really close to the Eiffel Tower, and there's a basketball court right next to it. It's also near high-end hotels like Le Bourmann. Plus, it's conveniently located close to metro and bus stations. You can get to the Seine River, Place de la Concorde, or the Champs-Élysées in about half an hour. Overall, it's great, and the room was quite comfortable. The only minor drawback was that the breakfast was the same every single day for our five-night stay, with no variety.

The front desk staff were nice and gave us a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The room was a bit small, and the bathroom shower facilities were really inconvenient; both showerheads had to be on at the same time as you couldn't turn one off, and they made a lot of noise. The toiletries were almost gone when we checked in and were never refilled. They only provided one pair of slippers. We mentioned it to the front desk, and they said they'd send more, but they never did, even by the time we left. Breakfast was okay, but all the bread was cold.

The Location is excellent, The Eiffel Tower is right in front of the hotel. The Staff is warm, polite and very very friendly and helpful, being nice n attended to us, I’m very pleased with their manner. The only thing is the amenities, Which the cups are paper, And the culinaries are wooden. Other than that, I’m very placed with a room arrangement for the family. Shall Choose this hotel again when I come to Paris.

Everything was good and staff are friendly, 2 more steps to go for me to suggest this place to others. 1) the water refilling machines weren’t providing sparkling water as indicated. 2) the lift system seriously need an upgrade, most of the time only 1 lift working, 2nd lift could only be used only when the 1st one left the servicing floor, same goes to the 3rd, which I never see it moves. Oh ya, the sunrise was awesome, worth an alarm to wake you up for it

Absolutely fantastic! I especially want to commend the front desk lady – I think her name was on the little card – she was truly kind and beautiful. Seeing that we arrived on an early flight while it was still dark and very cold, and feeling unsafe, and knowing check-in wasn't until after 11 AM, she proactively arranged a room for us. This saved us both money and time. The location is also superb! I can't praise this hotel enough; I've already recommended it to my friends. Next time I'm in Paris, I'll definitely stay here again. The only thing is the bed is really high, and the hotel doesn't provide slippers, so you need to bring your own.

Stayed for 2 nights and had a great experience. The service was awesome—staff were attentive, friendly, and very helpful throughout the stay. The food was decent and satisfying, especially for breakfast. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service in a great Paris location.

Fantastic location, but I believe more could be done to make it exceptional. Shower room and toilet not clean as it should be ,blood stains looking like on the wall and brown stains by the door. I booked a privilege room they didn't replenished the min bar . Bed sheets and duvet cover wasn't changed the next day . Some of the receptionist are excellent ,but some of the staff members looked very miserable and sad without any welcoming attitude or professionalism. Overall for location I will recommend but for the rest please lower your expectations
