The location is good, room with balcony is amazing I didn’t expect that much of the size of balcony.. it’s so big and can see Eiffel Tower from the room

The African-American female receptionist at the reception in the lobby had a very bad attitude. She was very aggressive and impatient when she saw Asians. She directly arranged me in a room on the 0th floor. The humidity was very musty! Later, I went to the front desk again and asked to change rooms. The new receptionist was much kinder and the Latin guy who helped with the luggage was very nice!

The bath water in the room is too small and the bedding is not very clean. I booked a superior twin bed, but after checking in, I was given a double bed room. The bathtub in the room is terribly dirty, and it can be rubbed out on the bathtub; there are two Shower Gels in the toiletries, no shampoo; there is only one service staff for breakfast.
