Great location, near the main road and metro. The staff were nice and the room was clean. No air con, only a fan, the room and bathroom was quite small but we only stayed for one night so it wasn't a massive issue.

Location was good but the security night team and the male receptionist were rude. It was a heatwave in Paris, and we understand that’s not common but they didn’t have enough fan for everyone. In the room they have a small one that looks like they’ve got from Temu.  You should invest in the guests comfort and have enough fans for every room.  Breakfast it’s simple. They have small cold bread, like those ones from the airplane, plain croissant and iogurte. Coffee and juice machine. That’s all!  I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay there during summer or spring.

Cleanliness: Decent. The location is truly excellent. The room had no air conditioning. Service: Front desk service was okay, but there's no wheelchair service. Breakfast was a bit simple, but that's typical in Europe. Facilities: The facilities are old, but the location is really great.

Stayed for 1 night over the weekend. The location of the hotel is good. Near to the metro station. The service of the staff are good as well. The downside is the breakfast is really very simple, not much selection. There are no amenities such as tooth brush,water, kettle or even hair dryer given.

The room was tiny, didn't even have a kettle or a hairdryer, so the amenities were really lacking. Plus, the soundproofing was pretty bad.

10 min walk to galarie Lafeyette, 15 to royal gardens, 25 to montmatre area. Great location! Hotel staff were lovely but keep themselves to themselves so not much interaction ie a hello when walking by. Room was clean and a fan was provided which I was so grateful for in this heat! No kettle or coffee machine, that was the only downfall. Breakfast was very basic, not enough tea selection (I only drink peppermint) just regular or decaf. Bed was very comfy! Shower was good and powerful. Would happily stay again!

Location is excellent. Breakfast is ok,simple. Room is simple , without aircondition, kettle, fridge or hair dryer. In barhroom was mold. But OK for this price.

The location is convenient for getting around, but the room is incredibly small, almost uncomfortably so. We booked a triple room for my parents and me, and with two large suitcases open, it was hard to move around. Although the hotel has a tiny elevator, there's still a gap to navigate once you get to your floor, which means climbing stairs. 😂 Having traveled extensively in Europe, I'd say this hotel offers poor value for money.

The room was tiny, and it got pretty hot without air conditioning. Parisian hotels are so expensive! At least it's close to the metro, so transportation is convenient.

Experience is what I would expect from a 2 star hotel, although the lack of air conditioning really did not help during the sudden heatwave that occured while we were there. The location of this place was its only saving grace. It is definitely one of the more affordable options in this area, with great connectivity to the metro and bus lines. Although, it is situated in a sketchy back alleyway and there is poor sound isolation from the outside. I found it hard to sleep at night and in the morning from people chatter and other noise. If I only stayed for 2 or 3 days in cooler weather, I probably wouldn't mind staying here again, just because of its excellent location. If not, there are many other hotels in this same area that I'm sure would offer a better experience, albeit at a higher price point.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, and I even felt discriminated against! This is my third time in Paris, and I've stayed in many hotels before. This time, I was traveling with a companion, and when I booked, I didn't notice the page said it was for single occupancy, even though it was a double room. At the front desk, a person who looked Middle Eastern said that because there were two of us, we'd have to pay an extra 30 euros. I told him I needed to contact my agency. While I was speaking with Trip.com customer service, he wouldn't let us sit in the lobby, and he said with a terrible attitude, 'I'm ready, if you want to come in and sit, just give me 30 euros.' Thankfully, Trip.com customer service resolved it quickly. However, I strongly, strongly do not recommend booking this room. The room is super small, the front desk service is terrible, and the breakfast selection is very limited!

The room's location is excellent, but the soundproofing is extremely poor. One of the rooms was infested with ants and cockroaches, and the staff couldn't do much beyond spraying some pesticide. I wouldn't recommend getting breakfast here; the bakery next door is much better.

I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Victoria in Paris. The room was much smaller than advertised, and it felt quite worn out, with outdated furniture and poor cleanliness. The walls were thin, so noise from other guests and the street made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was overpriced for what was offered—limited options and not very fresh. Overall, the hotel did not live up to expectations, especially considering the price. I wouldn’t recommend staying here and would suggest looking for better options in Paris.

Easy to find. We booked 2 rooms the same - 1 was tiny that we couldn't even leave our luggage open and had to stand sideways in the shower and couldnt sit on the toilet straight - the other room was fine. Breakfast was nice. Had elevators, so was nice not having to carry out luggage up stairs.
