Pros: there is heating, the water flow in the shower is stable, there was no smell of anything anywhere. Satisfactorily clean, the carpet is updated; warm (there are radiators), which is important in December; the bed is comfortable / there are enough blankets, pillows, comfortable bedding, an excellent mattress. And that's all you need for an overnight stay. Cons: there are no sockets by the bed / you can't put your phone on charge at the head of the bed, you have to get up. Old wiring, there were 2 sockets in the room, the 2nd did not work. The Internet is connected each time by authorization, and does not remember the user / it was annoying to enter the code and your data each time. Oh, and you constantly leave the keys at the reception when leaving and pick them up when entering. All the minuses are relics of the past, updates to the hotel! Otherwise, it is inadequate to expect more for the money that it costs, in Paris and 30 minutes away by metro. The fact that it is within walking distance from the metro is both good and bad: from 5 am you can hear the metro and trains. The staff is wonderful) friendly and polite, however, like many Parisians🤗 They change, and the one who was at check-in asked for a city tax in double amount, only after clarification, it turned out that for two, although initially the reservation was for one (maybe a double room)

VERY KIND STAFF. DAILY CLEANLINESS ALTHOUGH THE FLOOR WAS FULL OF HAIR. AWESOME VIEW (ME ON THE 7TH FLOOR). I DID NOT CHOOSE BREAKFAST BECAUSE IT SEEMS POOR IN RELATION TO THE PRICE ALTHOUGH IN PARIS IN MOST HOTELS, FROM WHAT I SAW ON APPS, THE BREAKFAST IS EXPENSIVE (RELATED TO THE QUANTITY). IN A VERY GOOD POINT. ACROSS FROM THE METRO. NEAR SUPERMARKET, PHARMACY AND CAFÉ. THE AREA IS NOT UNDERGROUND BUT NOT IN THE EXACT AREAS OF PARIS. I PERSONALLY LIKED IT. THE BALCONY DOOR WOULDN'T LOCK.

Old, small, dilapidated, not soundproofed at all. But clean, and sufficient thermal insulation.

I couldn't go there because of canceled train. I couldn't even get a refund. By sending pictures. It is not normal. So I don't know how the hotel is.

Very attentive staff and good location the only thing that is old and the uncomfortable bed.
