Staff were very accommodating, friendly and manager James was very helpful and considerate.  Highly recommended. The location is pretty nice and convenient as well.

Very small rooms, quite noisy with old ventilation system and noise from the tube all day. Room was smelling cold cigaret for a couple of days. Weird lightning system. Pros were : comfy bed and central location Not a solid 4 star hotel

There was a coffee machine, but it was broken and unusable. The room was clean but small. There was coffee in the lobby and you could drink it anytime.

Facilities: The decoration smells a bit oily, but everything else is OK. The floor-to-ceiling mirror is very big. Hygiene: The room is cleaned every day, but slippers are not provided. Service: The guys at the front desk are very friendly and gave me business cards. I hope to come again next time. Environment: The location of this hotel is very good. Basically, I stay near opera every time I come to Paris because there is a direct bus to the airport. The hotels I had booked before were fully booked, so I had to book this one. The result was beyond my imagination and it was very convenient. After getting off Charles de Gaulle, take the RoissyBus direct bus directly. After getting off, walk another two or three hundred meters and you can find this hotel. There are many restaurants, buses, subways, and coffee shops nearby. My favorite bakery is downstairs. I highly recommend Boulangerie Castellane!

This stay was very bad ☹️ It took 2 hours to check in! In the end, they still had to pay! I had already paid for the room on Ctrip, but the hotel asked to charge again! I called Ctrip to complain, and it took three hours before I was able to check in! During this time, I saw other guests arguing at the front desk because of duplicate charges! Please be careful when booking! There is an old man at the front desk who is very unreasonable. When the check-in cannot be normal, the guests have to write and tie the luggage storage paper themselves. There is no sense of service. On the last day, the elevator broke down, and we were asked to carry the large items downstairs one by one. We were scolded!

The hotel is in a good location, in the center of Paris, 200 meters walk from the subway, but there is no elevator in the subway, and it is painful to carry the suitcase by yourself. The hotel is not big, pay attention to the door and don't miss it. The breakfast is so-so, there is no change, you can eat it or not, it's too relaxed.

The room is small and a bit depressing, but it's OK to sleep in if you go out early and come back late. The location is good, there are several subway stations around. You can also walk to the Louvre and the Opera House

Ideally located hotel. On the other hand, I find that the cleaning is not very well done (hair in the bed upon arrival).

The location of the room is very close to Paris Printemps and Galeries Lafayette. The decoration is also good, and the interior of the room is also very nice. The only drawback is that it is noisy on the roadside. It felt like there was always the sound of a train passing by.

Geography is really convenient

The room was clean and the location was convenient, with the tourist attractions within walking distance. I would definitely use this hotel again when I travel to Paris.
