The location is very good, close to the train station, only ten minutes away. It’s very convenient to go to Biandu

Very good experience in this hotel. The rooms are clean, well maintained and of high standard. Elevator a little slow but that's just a detail. Luggage storage service, very nice and pleasant facilities. The staff is very kind and at your service.

The hotel is very close to the Lyon train station. The problem is that we have a 4-year-old daughter. The front desk asked us to book another room, because we are 3 people and cannot live in a room for 2 people. We explained for a long time that our daughter and we sleep in 1.8 Beds, I just disagree. Later, I learned through friends that French rooms are booked on a head-by-head basis, and children are also counted as one. Let me remind everyone!

The hotel is beautiful. Breakfast was great. But there is not refrigerator in the room. No water kettle to boil water. They don’t give complimentary lotion, cotton buds,toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, shampoo.

Loved this hotel, the staff was awesome and spoke multiple languages as well. The rooms were clean and well furnished.
