The service and location are great: not far from Eiffel tpwer and just next to the Seine. But the room seems to be quite old, the coffee stains can be easily found in the carpet in our room.

The front desk service was excellent, and they even gave us some snacks. The room itself was quite spacious, clean, and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. I'd definitely recommend it! The location is also fantastic, within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower.

Highly recommend! The location is superb, just a few minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower and within walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe. The hotel has a paid parking lot (it's a bit pricey, apparently it belongs to the property management).

There are many delicious specialty restaurants near the hotel, and bakeries and supermarkets are also within easy reach, which is very convenient. It's not far to the attractions either, as the hotel is right by the Seine River.

The front desk staff had a horrible attitude so unprofessional. Honestly, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I left my luggage and was charged €12, but if you pay by card it’s €18?! When I asked about it, the staff (front desk / reception) said it was none of their business — totally a scam! They also insisted on booking me a car to the train station for €50, while Uber was only €25. Absolutely ridiculous. (They told me it’s cheaper than Uber ?!) The room was also awful: the bath towel smelled, the pillow was tiny, and when I requested an extra pillow, the staff (a black skinned woman in reception / front desk ) said it was impossible. I also asked for an extra room card, and she kept questioning me “why, why, why?” bad attitude, bad service, all around. Do not stay here. This place ruined my trip. Run, guys! Seriously, the worst experience ever.

A perfect hotel in the city, I stayed here for 5 nights and it’s really feel safe here and u no need to worry about your belongings as it’s kept safe. Easy access to the Eiffel Tower even though there no view of Eiffel Tower, it’s just a walking distance and easy access to the bus stop

This hotel is super convenient, located near transport links and a shopping/restaurant area. The staff are really friendly and attentive. Plus, it's a short walk to the Eiffel Tower!

I like this hotel. Great location surrounding with shopping and dining options. Rooms are comfortable, views are okay, staff are helpful and friendly. Will come back again!

The room was quite small, but for the price in Paris, it offered good value for money. The hotel's location is excellent, right by the Seine, and you can even see the Eiffel Tower. It's a shame the weather wasn't great during my visit; it was overcast and rainy.

I stayed here recently and was disappointed with the value for money based on the price paid. The facilities felt dated, especially the hair dryer which barely worked. I also requested a dental kit from reception and was told to purchase one from the vending machine, which felt surprising for a hotel of this level. I eventually received one the next morning after speaking to housekeeping directly. For the price I paid, I don’t feel that the experience met basic accommodation expectations. While the location is convenient and close to the Eiffel Tower, the overall service and quality didn’t justify the cost. I expected more comfort and better guest support given the hotel’s star rating and price point.

Is really close to bus station and metro station and the location is super safe. There are several buses that directly stop to the bus station nearby the hotel with just 5 mins walk max. The pictures include is the view you can see right outside the hotel door.

We had a family room. A lady from the reception let us get the room in advance, which was really kind from her. The hotel is already decorated for Chrismas, our girls loved it. The room itself is quite spacious with a great view on the river, but as it was snowing outside, it was extremely cold. The location is just perfect - in 10-15 min walk from Eiffel Tower, just nearby the shopping center Beaugrenelle, close to metro station.

It has the best location for eiffel towel. You can walk to the towel.
