I really can't complain about the room at this price. It was practical and functional for a one night stay. The neighbourhood wasn't great to be honest, but we never felt unsafe. Fine for a short stay and very good value for Paris. The nearest Metro stop is literally right outside, so it's quick and easy to get to the heart of Paris. .

The staff here are all very friendly, and the hotel facilities are exceptionally clean. It's also very close to both tram and metro stations. However, the neighborhood around the hotel isn't the safest, so it's important to be cautious even during daylight hours. I was particularly unnerved by the pushy vendors right outside the tram station, who were there even during the day.

Right next to exit for port de clingacourt station which was very convenient

Great for the price, however area isn’t particularly safe, so make sure you travel in groups. Staff are kind, bedrooms aren’t very clean though, even when the cleaners come you don’t even notice much of a difference with the cleanliness of the room.

Generally good, just 1 min to metro i liked it, the reception was super friendly and helpful, I had an health issue and they appeared very nice and friendly about it

We loved our 3 night stay here in a garden room. With a couple plus a teenager the upstairs for parents and sofa bed downstairs was perfect. The location is literally 2 minutes to the Metro, and the food option surrounding the hotel are endless. The area isn't 5 star, but we walked it early mornings and at night without feeling unsafe at all. On the same Metro line as Gare du Nord so easy to switch lines as needed. Had the breakdast on our last day and it was excellent too. 👌

Nice hotel. Quite far from the tourist district but easily accessible by Metro. Main bed was comfy but sofa bed wasn't as good. AC was very welcome because of the heatwave when we were there. All staff were great but the young female at the front desk was fantastic - extra friendly and helpful - patiently answered many of our questions and gave recommendations of amenities near the hotel. Area north across the main road was sketchy and I wouldn't recommend being out alone late at night, but the hotel was right by the Metro stop and we never felt unsafe. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location near metro

The hotel is located near the metro. Getting to the city center and the main attractions is a 40-minute metro ride. The receptionists are welcoming and friendly. Check-in was quick, and Wi-Fi is provided based on your room number and last name for the duration of your stay. The room was quiet, as the windows overlooked the courtyard. There are no toiletries, and the shower only provides liquid soap and shampoo gel, with no slippers. The room includes a kettle, paper cups, tea, coffee, and sugar. The two-story room has a sofa and TV on the first floor, and a large double bed, comfortable orthopedic pillows and mattress, and a second TV on the second floor. Cleaning was done daily, towels were changed, the bed was made, and tea, coffee, and sugar were replenished daily. The breakfast was simple, so you won't go hungry. The area is populated by people with low social responsibility, so leaving the hotel in the evening or at night may be unsafe for women.

The location was great, very close to Gare du Nord. It's at the end of the subway line 4, so it was easy to get off at the wrong place. There's also a cheap supermarket called Lidl nearby.

Perfect stay! Everything was spotless, clean, and the welcome and service were top-notch! Ideal for a short or long stay. Located right next to metro line 4, with luggage storage available, I highly recommend this hotel!

A good hotel, we slept three nights in a double room. I recommend it, we did not take breakfast as there is a boulagerie 2 minutes walk away among the best reviewed in Paris, with quality and prices certainly better than the Hotel. Clean, it has a free luggage storage service that we used on the last day. The only problem, let's say, is the distance from the center as every day you had to take 1 or 2 metro for about 20 or 30 minutes depending on the distance, but as far as I'm concerned compared to the prices of other better located hotels it was much more convenient so, I recommend it.
