Great location

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel 😩😩😩. Despite claiming to be newly renovated, there was absolutely no mention of this on their website or during booking. The smell of fresh paint was overwhelming and gave me a terrible headache throughout my stay. When I asked to cancel the rest of my booking because of this, the staff lied to me about the renovation and refused to help. How dare they treat guests like this! Just look at the newly painted walls—clearly, they don’t care about guest health or honesty. Absolutely terrible experience.

Great location and welcoming service. The staff at the reception was super nice, helped to store the luggage after check out for a few hours, and lent an adapter (for a small refundable deposit). The location is very central, only 15 minutes walk to Gare du Nord, and within walking distance to all sights. Good cafes and brunch places nearby. The area gets very busy at night on the weekends with many bars nearby but the hotel itself is on a quiet street and I did not hear any noise despite leaving window open for the night. The bed could be a bit softer but it’s a personal choice.

Great location, with a supermarket and subway nearby. The service was also excellent.

Good location and good service staff

I came for a Jewish wedding and stayed 5 nights. The wedding service was at the synagogue Buffault across the hotel. They have a kosher kitchen in the lower floor. The white marble lobby is beautiful and comfortable and the people at the reception are quite helpful. The rooms have new marble bathrooms but the rest of the furniture is quite dated, specially the closets. Considering the relatively lower rates, the value was still good and I was content with my stay

Great hotel in a convenient spot in Paris. Lots of nice food around the place, a variety of different cuisines as well from local coffee shop to boba shop or Thai food even. Next to a busy road but was not loud. The staff were also friendly and helpful at all times, the door is locked with a key so you need to hand in the key everytime you leave. The main door is locked at night, but we never had trouble getting back in as the staff on duty always responded quickly to the bell and gave us our keys. The only small difficulty was that the lift was quite tiny (just enough to fit one person and two bigger luggages) but that only cause minor inconvenience. Was still a nice place to stay overall.

The breakfast is delicious. It's about a 2-minute walk from M7 Caldet Station. The location is great, so you can get to a lot of different places.

Given the location and the price, I didn't have high expectations for the room. However, the room was surprisingly spacious for this part of Paris. The staff spoke good English, so communication was a breeze. The surrounding area is conveniently located for metro stations, supermarkets, and more. I wanted to go shopping at Galeries Lafayette but didn't want to take the metro or a taxi, so this hotel was perfect. Breakfast wasn't available on weekends due to staff shortages, but the front desk was very considerate and took me to the kitchenette, where I could make my own tea and coffee. Luggage storage is free, and there's a security camera and a lockable door, making for a very secure experience.
