Bardzo duży plus za pomoc obsługi przy wejściu do apartamentu. W razie problemów - pomoc nieoceniona. Bliskość do metra - faktycznie ze 100 metrów. Blisko Sekwana - 2 minutki drogi, obok park- 1 minuta. Duża liczba restauracji i sklepów, w tym piekarnia gdzie można kupić ciepłe bagietki. Sam apartament - Ok, ładny, dobrze wyposażony w niezbędne rzeczy. Ciepły. Nieco brudnawy w miejscach takich jak kratka wentylacyjna, lampy, kaloryfer Poleciłabym go z czystym sumieniem gdyby nie fakt, ze każdej nocy po godzinie 22 za lodówki w kuchni wychodziła sobie mała mysz. Przydałaby się jakaś trutka….

Good location.
However, the photos are far from the reality.
Bathroom and mattress are definitely needed to be renewed.
Furniture and kitchen are worn, but acceptable.

It's very convenient and really OK for the price, but the property was definitely not as pretty and the photos shown here.
The mattress was old and had a very weak sport which made you fall into it (I put a cushion below it to have it level).
A few spider webs behind the windows.
Shower OKish.
So, OK for the price and for a stay in Paris where you are out all day. I enjoyed my stay anyway!

It was so so while I was staying this service apartment compared to cost. It is located in convenient area due to RER and 7&14 line stations. My room was in level 1 so there was no light due to adjacent building so feeling too cold and chills. If I have a chance of staying in Paris I will be staying in other hotel or service apartment.

This establishment is owned by a*rbnb and not a hotel or aparthotel.
No staff on site, in fact no services that one would expect in a hotel. Hellish check-in process. To flee.

Average stay, the room is well located (it overlooks the interior of the impressive collection of skeletons in the natural history museum) and is well equipped in the kitchen for a kitchenette. But is quite worn, with signs of dampness, mattress on the verge of dying, tub that looks like it's been hit many times, and other signs of wear and dirt, even mold. These elements do not appear on the photos presented on booking. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and offered to keep our suitcases for a few hours for free. Big downside, however, the agency where you have to pick up the keys is very far from the room (about a quarter of an hour by car). Not practical.
