This hotel is located above a cafe. Sometimes, the cafe can be quite lively until 11 or 12 at night with many people gathering and chatting, so it can get a bit noisy. The soundproofing is good when the windows are closed, but then it gets really hot because the room doesn't have air conditioning, only a fan. Overall, it's a bit overpriced, and the stairs are cramped, plus the room itself is quite old.

Excellent hotel, conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the metro.

Well-located hotel, close to Père Lachaise and Gambetta metro station. It's pleasant and comfortable, although the rooms lack a bit of charm.

No soundproofing, no luggage storage. The area is well-served and lively. République metro station is a 5-minute walk away.

The heating was a bit better on the second day, but the environment was still mediocre. I strongly do not recommend this place.

We appreciate the kindness of changing our room from the 3rd floor to one on the 1st floor due to mobility difficulties and the lack of an elevator; however, the room was of much lower quality, designed for smokers, with a strong smell of cigarettes, and the shower stall was broken.

Hotel is very value for money. Clean and spacious enough with big windows. No elevator. So be prepared to carry your suitcase up the stairs. Overall, highly recommend.

Another overpriced and dirty Paris hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The shower was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Everything else had dirt and grime on it. Bin lid hadn’t been cleaned in years. Shower ran hot and cold and was tiny. You were lucky not to get entangled in the curtain. Such a shame small hotels like this can’t lift their standard higher, it really wouldn’t take much. I can deal with things being a big old and worn but everything being dirty is just pure laziness. The staff were reasonable, one guy was pleasant, others didn’t seem too interested. I wouldn’t stay again.
