Residhotel Imperial Rennequin

Wasn’t told about breakfast upon arrival, didn’t know it was in your room and you had to complete a form. Other than that, room spacious, staff friendly and croissant were amazing. Location is away from the city center but used e-bikes to get everywhere.

ResidHotel is the best aparthotel stay my family has had. The staff was warm and welcoming and felt like our family. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to use. Our balcony view was so peaceful. The rooms have air conditioning, which was extremely important on the hot August days this trip. The location is in the 17th arrondissement and was the best location we could have asked for. It is near enough to the the Arc de Triomphe to walk, but far enough away to not be in a tourist area. Plan a late evening to walk to the Seine river for a Bateaux Mouche boat tour. The metro lines 2 & 3 were our primary mode of transportation and are walking distance. There are many good cafes, restaurants, boulangeries, and department stores(FNAC, Monoprix, Carrefour,etc.) nearby. We had a café crème every morning at a different cafe each time. The fruit market on Rue Poncelet had the freshest fruits ever. There is a wholistic food store called Naturalia nearby, which has bio and international foods you can use in your kitchen at ResidHotel. There is a laundromat right around the corner if you want to do your laundry yourself. The ResidHotel will have you feeling like a Parisian, even if only for the length of your vacation! Great place to stay for a short holiday. Location is excellent and staff are very friendly and helpful. The kitchenette is also well resourced. Rooms can use a bit of a remodeling and we had some issues entering the front gate during one of the nights but it was quickly resolved.

The hotel is in a great location for both walking to sights and the metro. It is a small cozy hotel. It is not in a quiet area so if you looking for quiet this is not your place. The breakfast was brought to us every day and it was the same each day. But we took the baguette with us and ate it on the go. It is a perfect place to go for a lovely Paris experience! The staff is very welcoming and the location is safe! Enjoy Paris at this hotel!

The staff were so helpful and warm to us and helped us with anything we needed they were amazing!!! The hotel itself is getting dated and could do with an update but this place was well worth it to stay. Easy to access transportation. There were some cafes but not that many in the area itself. The markets were nice and close.

Loved the amenities, we checked in really late. But the front desk had left clear instructions to check in. It was really commendable. It is closer to metro, grocery market, decent walking distance to Arc du Triumph. Overall it was very good. The front desk staff were really good in communicating with u leading to the trip. Overall we had a fabulous experience.

We were unable to take our 25th anniversary trip due to the sudden death of our 34 year old niece. The hotel initially said they wouldn’t do anything without a death certificate. One was provided several times and they have ignored us and refused to assist. No compassion. No refund. No credit to attend in the future.

Well priced given the location, helpful staff, not very private but had everything.
