Rayz Eiffel is in a good location, very close to the Eiffel Tower. The room is clean but the corridor is very narrow. There was no counter in the middle of the night, so I was forced to end the trip early. The biggest drawback was the shortage of room facilities. There was no hair dryer, shampoo, and shower gel were not replenished after running out. It's not like a 4-star hotel at all, only the price is like a 6-star zz. Not recommended to stay

Close to Eiffel/Invalides area. Has view of Eiffel from the rooftop. Walking distance to Aldi and many restaurants. Room is small but smartly configured (room 44). Spacious bathroom. Shower needs anti-slip mat. Slipped in the shower but thankfully didn't fall. There's a closet to hang your clothes. There's a mini kitchen with plates, cutlery, microwave and Nespresso machine. Continental breakfast, delivered to your room, is good but needs more variety. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The staff here was nice and pleasant. The property was old and in dire need of a renovation. This place is more like a motel and not a hotel. I should have done better research before booking this place. The towels they provided are rough, not soft and feel like a rag, Our shower was backing up, and one morning they forgot our breakfast. The cleaning staff did a subpar job, and once they left the toilet bowl cleaner with a dirty towel in our washroom. The location is central and so much is within walking distance. After midnight there is no available staff which is concerning. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. We won’t be booking here again when we return.

The staff was extremely nice and friendly the hotel has a great location within walking distance to Paris 's landmarks.
The Continental Breakfast was nice and served in your room.
My only dislikes unlike others Hotels very few English speaking channels, No Cable TV 😑. Lastly if you market a balcony view than the room should have a balcony so that one could stand on the balcony. The deluxe room we selected stated balcony but was actually a big window without a screen still a nice room....but clearly not standing or sitting balcony.

Wonderful hotel in perfect location. Staff was always kind and welcoming. Room felt spacious for Paris when shared by two people. Great breakfast and tremendously comfortable space.
