Une honte, du jamais vu! Fuyez! Les photos sur Booking sont mensongeres!!!N y pensez meme pas! L odeur dans la salle de bain sent tellement les egouts que ca donne la nausee. Des poils et des cheveux par terre. Les draps ont des taches jaunes et brunes. Pas assez de papier wc. Le lit superposé pret a s effondrer. Le bruit du metro faut trembler les murs. Il faut 4 codes pour acceder a l appartement et nous n avions pas recu les bons codes donc nous avons du appeler le proprietaire. Je voyage beaucoup et je n y jamais vu une rapport qualité prix si lamatable de ma vie! J ai ecrit au proprietaire pour demander un dedommagement et il n a meme pas la descence de me repondre! Nous sommes fachés! 820 euros pour 3 nuits la dedans! J ai connu plus de comfort au Vietnam dans un hotel a 5 euro la nuit!

Cosa è piaciuto · attenzione, la posizione unica nota positiva!!! Cosa non è piaciuto · Sono abituata a viaggare e non ho problemi nel stare in camere piccolissime ma questa struttura è stata indecente! Al nostro arrivo abbiamo abbiamo trovato lenzuola e asciugamani sporchi, per ben 3 giorni ho chiamato la struttura e contattato booking!!! nonostante le loro scuse le signore delle pulizie sono entrate in camera, hanno piegato gli asciugamani esistenti e non le hanno mai cambiate! ho chiesto di essere contattata da un responsabile non l’hanno fatto. anche booking ha provato di contattarli senza successo!! mai più! inoltre per qualsiasi problema non c’e assistenza! pessimi davvero ci hanno solo presi in giro! inoltre non esiste deposito valige quindi dovete arrangiarvi, per entrare ci sono 4 codici di porte e portoni differenti e la stanza è rumorosissima si sente sia la metro che fa tremare il pavimento fino all’1 di notte che i vicini che starnutiscono. pessimo in tutto non andateci davvero!

En week-end avec nos enfants en bas âges nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de découvrir à 19h notre logement dans l état visible sur les photos. Une solution à été trouvé de repli, heureusement mais à environ 2 km à pieds avec mon épouse enceinte et les enfants... A part le remboursement de la différence appartement ws ne veut pas dédommager le désagrément. Service client et politique du groupe lamentable, à fuir.
