Excellent stay if you are not willingly to spend lots of money to your accomodation in Paris other places with private bathroom is 3x more expensive than hotel avenir so it makes hotel avenir perfect if I come to Paris again I will definitely stay here again but terrible hygiene I stayed 4 nights only 1 time my room get cleaned excellent location

The staff were so friendly! But just a downside were the amenities, it wasn’t the best. The pillows we got had some stains on it, with no covers so we ended up using the blankets or bedsheets to cover it.

The hotel is in good location but the picture displayed in website does not match with reality. Interior, furniture, washroom and the poor 3'×3' lift...

The location of the hotel is good. The room faces the sea and the view is very good. There are many seafood restaurants nearby with good prices.

It was the worst experience I had ever, the rooms are so dirty it’s not suitable even for animals. Moreover the bed was full of fleas yes fleas because of that whole my body has skin rash and the other instead of enjoying my trip I’m now running from hospital to another to solve that problem.

Worth the price. Very well located near Convention sub station with all commodities around.

Beatiful and nice clean

The location is good because it is in the heart of Paris. You can get to major attractions in a short time by subway. However, the facilities are old and lacking in many things. There is a smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway. There is a microwave and the Wi-Fi is good. The staff is very friendly. The heating is also good.

The impression of the hotel is so-so. In terms of cleanliness: the tiles in the toilet are dirty in the corners (I really wanted to wash everything), the windows are cloudy, there are stains everywhere on the mattress, the linen is not ironed, it is not clear as if someone was lying there and then they put it back on the bed. The furniture is really old, the carpet in the corridors is all stained. It was our first time in Paris, and we chose it based on price and location, I think we could have found something better, I will know next time. There is Wi-Fi, but it is weak.

The first feeling when entering the room is that it is similar to a small hotel in a small county in China that costs only a few dozen yuan. The biggest advantage of the hotel is that it allows us to check in early. We arrived at the hotel at 9 am and wanted to give it a try. Unexpectedly, the waiter let us check in very quickly. The transportation is also very convenient, close to the subway and bus stations.
