We can’t get the refund money back if we cancel make sure is a right hotel before book.

For the price charged, the size and amenities are pathetic.
Other than the location, nothing great abt the property.
- Bottled water are provided only on the first day!
- the lift at best can fit in 2 pax
- the room is so tiny and the configuration is bad. The chair is actually a very cheap lookin bench
- there is no aircon or air circulation because its not working. Sombe prepared to open windows and get woken up by noisy people on the street.
However, the reception staff was exceptionally friendly and responsible. We forgot our medication when we left and they have arranged for it to be delivered to us in the shortest possible time and the most convenient location. Thank you Ms Kaelle ABBES and Anna Taranoff!

Everything was perfect except when we checked out we were 15 minutes late and that was not a pleasant experience with the front desk staff.

We stayed 3 nights in Paris, we are a family of four. We chose the deluxe room with balcony, it was clean and super comfy. A block a way from the arc of triumph. The front desk guy, I believe his name is Alex I know he’s from Venezuela…so helpless made our stay amazing. We would definitely stay here again. A hidden gem!

Location was perfect as you could walk and take the train everywhere. Hotel rooms though are so tiny, smallest room I have been in my life. Rooms are clean and well kept.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Extremely clean, great location, and friendly staff. The breakfast is to die for! It is on a busier street, but we couldn't hear anything from the street or from other hotel rooms. The breakfast was incredible - typical French breakfast of warm fresh baguettes, freshly squeezed juice, cheese, delicious coffee. We were in the deluxe room that sleeps 3. The beds are so comfortable! Ive been to Paris 6 times and I would absolutely stay here again.

I did not feel like the hotel was worth the cost we paid. The cost is purely associated with the location. Everything else was very cheap feeling.
