It was a very nice hotel. Staff was friendly. Easy check in. The room was a bit small, but that’s normal for most rooms in Paris.

Located near the M3 metro station (Europe Station), the hotel boasts several Chinese restaurants nearby with decent food, and a bakery and supermarket across the street. The hotel itself is clean and hygienic with a cozy atmosphere, but the room sizes are rather limited; with a 26-inch suitcase open, a smaller 20-inch suitcase would practically block the doorway. Also, rooms on the fourth floor and above require climbing a narrow staircase…

The room was nice, the bedding was clean, the bathroom had plenty of hot water, and the water flowed quickly. The staff was very friendly, especially Jonathan at the front desk, who remembered me even after my second stay and arranged the room I wanted. Thank you very much! There's also a delicious Chinese restaurant on the left outside the hotel. There's a supermarket across the street, and a coffee shop and bakery just across the street, also delicious. It's a 10-minute walk to the Opera House and a 20-minute walk to the Sacre-Coeur. There's also a laundry across the street.

Over 2000 yuan a night, quite disappointing. The two large white pillows on the bed smelled sour. There was an unidentified liquid in the kettle; it smelled like vinegar and was acidic, so I didn't drink any hot water during my stay. There wasn't an elevator for the entire hotel; you had to carry your suitcase up one flight of stairs. The location was okay. Anyway, it's a bit of a walk from the train station.

Because we checked in quite late, the receptionist, a chubby male, seemed to have a very obvious lewd streak. We had booked a large room at a higher price, but what he gave us was completely different – ​​a small loft room. He wouldn't change it that night and told us to wait until the next morning. We then contacted Ctrip customer service, who helped us contact the hotel, but he still didn't reply to Ctrip's messages. Furthermore, the location wasn't very convenient. Don't choose this hotel, everyone! Avoid it!

The advantages are that the subway is not far away, supermarkets, bakeries, and facilities are relatively complete. The disadvantages are also obvious. The room I booked was an executive room, but it did not match the order. The floor-to-ceiling window became a skylight, the bed was not 1.8 meters and could only go up and down on one side, there were no slippers, and the worst thing was that the elevator only went to the 4.5th floor. A 70-year-old man had to carry his suitcase up and down the stairs by himself. The hotel staff did not take the initiative to help. This can be improved. The room is very small, not enough space to open the suitcase. The elevator is only between 1st and 4th floors. You have to take the stairs from 0th to 1st floor, and from 4th/5th to 6th floor. The stairs are narrow, which is dangerous for elderly people. Especially if you have a suitcase, it is very difficult to carry it upstairs. The room price is very high for such a small and narrow place.

It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the subway station and less than 20 minutes to Galeries Lafayette. The elevator is very small, which makes it difficult to carry luggage, but fortunately there are waiters to help. There is a breakfast shop opposite, the food is delicious, and I had breakfast happily for three days. I will choose this hotel again.
