1. Location: Fantastic location! Nearby Metro Lines 8 and 9 cover most of the major attractions, and if you enjoy walking, you can reach most sights within an hour on foot. It's also very close to the Seine. Downstairs, there are tons of restaurants and supermarkets. The local lady who gave me a ride also mentioned that this area is very safe.
2. Room: Not huge, but not tiny either—just enough space for two people with two large suitcases to move around. The mattress was super comfortable, making it easy to fall right asleep. It was very quiet with excellent soundproofing; we didn't hear anyone in the neighboring rooms at all. The bathroom, though small, was spotless, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water.
3. Service: The complimentary daily afternoon snacks were our go-to bite to hold us over, offering a generous spread of fruit, chips, cakes, tea, coffee, and chocolates. One time when we ran out of bottled water, the front desk kindly gave us one for free.
Also, coming back late at night requires keycard access to enter the building, so random people can't just walk in, which made it feel very secure.
Overall, extremely satisfied and highly recommended!

The hotel's location is fantastic! It's close to many subway stations, and you can even walk to a lot of places. There's a supermarket right across the street and plenty of restaurants with various cuisines nearby. The room isn't small, and the bathroom is quite spacious. Plus, the air conditioning works really well! The front desk staff were very friendly and provided a detailed explanation during check-in. The hotel also offers complimentary snacks and drinks every day. This was a very pleasant stay.

We stayed for two nights with our family of four in mid-August 2026. We stayed in a family room on the first floor. The room is divided into two sections, Room 11 (twin) and Room 12 (double), but the entrance is shared, so it essentially functions as one room.
The hotel is small and cozy, with a homey atmosphere; both the room and the lobby were very comfortable. If we ever come back to Paris, we would like to stay here again.
The room was spacious and clean.
The Wi-Fi quality was fine. In addition to Type-C power outlets, there were also USB Type-A ports.
The minibar contained mineral water, sparkling water, apple juice, and Pepsi, which were replenished daily.
It was the day of a solar eclipse in France, and they thoughtfully provided eclipse glasses as an amenity.
The bathroom also had a makeup mirror.
Breakfast was a continental breakfast served in the breakfast area on the basement floor. The taste was fine.
In the lobby, you can freely enjoy beverages such as coffee and light snacks such as bread from 2 PM to 2 AM (?). We were told we could also use this service at other hotels in the same Hotel Acadia group. This is incredibly convenient.
Regarding the location, it's about a 20-minute walk from Gare du Nord (Paris North Station). For those accustomed to walking, this distance is perfectly manageable. The Eurostar arrives at Gare du Nord, and the RER to Charles de Gaulle Airport starts there, so being able to go directly from the hotel was very convenient. Many parts of the Paris Metro are not wheelchair accessible, and transferring between lines with suitcases can be quite a burden.
Regarding access to the Metro stations, the location is convenient, allowing you to choose from several stations depending on your destination.
There's a Franprix right in front of the hotel and a Monoprix a few minutes' walk away (both supermarkets). Although relatively small, they stock a wide variety of groceries, which was very convenient.

Hotels in Paris are generally quite expensive, but this hotel is conveniently located (5 minutes from the metro station and not far from Orly Airport), with easy access to food, drinks, and entertainment nearby. There are supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants nearby, including a crepe shop I recommend trying. The hotel rooms aren't large, but they are very clean. The ambiance is cozy, and the bar on the first floor offers complimentary snacks daily, along with unlimited drinks from the refrigerator – a rare treat in Europe!

A hotel with high standards because it's in Paris, it's the first time I've left my suitcase open on their stool, the all-you-can-eat buffet at the company's 17 hotels is an added bonus.

The hotel is small, located in the 9th district, but closer to the 2nd. It's very easy to get to the main attractions, including on foot. Our family stayed at the hotel and booked a Family Room, which consists of two separate rooms with a small shared hallway. However, this room is on the first floor, near the elevator, at the reception level. The windows overlook the adjacent street, so there was no noise, but we had to keep the curtains closed. The breakfasts were good, with hot dishes including omelets, fried potatoes, and sausages. Pastries, cheeses, yogurt, and cold meats were also available. The rooms were cleaned daily, and towels were changed daily. Bed linen was changed once a week. We liked the hotel; the staff was very friendly. All questions were answered via email and through the app form.

The room was very clean. The hotel is located in a central area. It's about a 20-minute walk to the Louvre and Notre Dame Cathedral. Printemps and Galeries Lafayette are also within walking distance.

Excellent hotel! Part of the Astotel chain. The main feature is that throughout the chain, you can get coffee or tea, snack on fresh pastries, and use the restroom from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. It turned out to be very convenient, fast, and economical. The room is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need.

There was an Asian waiter at breakfast who wasn't very friendly. He was quite unfriendly to other Asian customers, but he was all smiles and laughter to Western customers. I don't know what he meant by that. What era are we living in?
