Disgusting! I wrote and asked to make a room with a view of the street. I was checked into a room on the first floor, the room overlooked a garbage bin. I went back to the reception and asked to be moved, as it was very bad and there was a smell in the room. The manager (who did not understand anything and worked the first day at this hotel) checked me into the floor above. This did not solve the problem, the view and the room were exactly the same, but 4 floors higher. The hair dryer and sink did not work in the room, there was a smell. I checked out early drowning before 10 am. They did not return my deposit, allegedly they upgraded the category, but this is not true, they moved me to the same room. I was deceived and they are not returning the money! This is terrible! Never stay at this hotel!

Easily accessible from Gare du Nord, in a quiet street. Close to the metro station, which puts Paris at your feet. Notre Dame is half an hour's walk away. Excellent rooms & breakfast and the staff is flexible and friendly.

i was there because it was near main station , it was nice and calm and i could see nice staffs, they maintained my suitcase after i checked out for a along time. i can not compare breakfast with other hotels but the breakfast was great for me and i could find healthy items between other items.

Having traveled extensively through out the world.This Hotel Regina Opera was by far my worst experience. The images of this hotel have been greatly altered on the website. I recently booked and stayed at this hotel, it is NOT a 4 star hotel not only is the hotel outdated, dirty, and in need of repair so is the furniture. There were no robes or towels in our room when we check in. We had to go to the front desk and make a request for towels and robes.There is only 1 elevator and the perimeter of the elevator on each floor is dirty and dingy. If the staff was suing the elevator you had to just wait. The rooms are extra small, the bed frame was dusty and the carpet was not clean. The hotel lobby is cluttered with dusty over used furnishings, the house keeping staff is rude, disrespectful insensitive - one staff banged the linen closet door during quiet hours. The linen closet on the 3rd floor was unlocked and opened with linen sprawling on the floor. This hotel was a huge disappointment for my Mothers birthday gift. The staff is not well trained they have inconsistent conversations with customers regarding hotel policy and amenities. The bottles of water are free but limited to 1 per room, why? Its recycled water that they fill up. One staff says take the other says no. We booked from July 25th to August 1,2024. We left our luggage in the room and flew to Milan, Italy for 3 days to make up for such a poor experience. Never ever would I stay here nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone. I am still waiting for the $50 deposit.
