Paid parking is 19 euros a day. Email the hotel in advance to make an appointment. The parking fee is very good in France. You just need to make an appointment early. The hotel only has 3 parking spaces. The room is clean but a little small. But it is acceptable. The toilet is also a little small.

I stayed one night to watch the volleyball games at the Paris Olympics. The location was great, right in front of the metro, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and close enough to walk to the competition venue. The room was on the 6th floor, and it was old but well-maintained and clean. The bathroom, toilet, and bed were clean. The curtains and closet were old. The single room was very small, and it was difficult to open my large suitcase. This was the worst thing about it. Also, the card key was broken, so it took some time to deal with that. I didn't eat any food. The reception staff were friendly. The interior of the lobby was comfortable, but there were a few flies, which was unpleasant.

The hotel is located 10m from the #12 Convention subway stop. On the same avenue there are restaurants; fast food like KFC or McDonald's; pharmacy; Franprix and a bakery and everything within 50m. The hotel staff is very kind. The cleanliness of the place is A1. You have hot water in the room and they leave tea filters for free every day. There is wifi, hot water, a dryer and they give you soap and shampoo every day if you don't have any. Recommended 100%

The exhibition hall is only one subway station away, and it takes only 15 minutes to walk. There are many restaurants nearby, including Chinese, Japanese, Italian, French, Thai and many other restaurants within 1 km. Department stores, cosmetics and perfume stores are on the way to the exhibition. It takes 30 minutes to reach Galeries Lafayette Paris Printemps by subway without changing trains.
